If you ever find your clothes tied up or hidden like this, do not panic. Do not throw them in the trash. The spell will remain active. Do not rush to set it on fire either.
You must dismantle it spiritually and physically. Recite Ayatul Kursi, Surah Al-Falaq, and Surah An-Nas over a bowl of water. Soak those clothes in that Ruqyah water.
