ATIKU WAS RIGHT: TINUBU’S $20BN LOAN REQUEST VALIDATES HIS WARNING — NOW EXPLAIN THE COASTAL HIGHWAY LINK Former Vice President and African Democratic Congress presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, has said President Bola Tinubu’s request for approval to borrow $20.52 billion and €1.045 billion vindicates the warning he gave Nigerians on October 12 about a loan plan of up to $20 billion. Atiku said the President’s failure to identify the specific projects to be funded deepens serious concerns that the Lagos–Calabar Coastal (now inland) Highway, could be used to channel borrowed public money to Tinubu’s political campaigners and favoured contractors. In a statement issued by Phrank Shaibu, Director of Strategic Communication of the ADC Presidential Campaign Council, Atiku said: “On October 12, I warned Nigerians that President Tinubu was reportedly preparing to borrow up to $20 billion in connection with the Lagos–Calabar Coastal Highway. I demanded that he confirm or deny the plan and publish the accounts. He did neither. Today, he has asked the Senate to approve $20.52 billion and €1.045 billion in external loans. My warning has been vindicated. “The President has listed broad sectors but has not provided Nigerians with a project by project account of what this enormous borrowing will fund. There are no clear project details, costs, locations or contractors for the public to scrutinise. “That silence is especially troubling when the Coastal Highway has been rerouted inland. Nigerians have every right to ask whether the highway is being turned into a pipeline for borrowed money to reach Tinubu’s campaigners and favoured contractors. How can any President, barely 12 weeks before an election, ask lawmakers to saddle Nigerians with more than $20 billion and €1 billion in debt without identifying the projects and their costs? Is this a development plan for Nigerians or a campaign financing scheme dressed up as infrastructure? Tinubu must answer.” “The National Assembly must not approve a single dollar until the President publishes every project, contract, cost, contractor, loan term and repayment obligation. No public money should be borrowed in the dark. No lawmaker should sign a blank cheque against Nigeria’s future. “I warned Nigerians before this request reached the Senate. Now the burden is on Tinubu to prove that this borrowing will serve the country, not his political interests.” Atiku called on lawmakers to make the proposal and its supporting documents public and subject them to rigorous scrutiny before any decision. Signed: Phrank Shaibu Director, Strategic Communication, ADC PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN COUNCIL. 27th October,2026.

WHY NORTHERNERS KEPT QUIET UNDER BUHARI — REPLY TO SEN. SHEHU SANI _By Umar Sanda Babuga 1. Northerners kept quiet because Buhari wasn't tribalistic. His two super Ministers (Fashola - Works and Amaechi - Transport) were both Southerners. 2. Northerners kept quiet because while Buhari was rehabilitating Abuja-Kaduna-Kano Expressway, he had completed Ilorin-Bode Saadu-Jebba highway and was undertaking Lagos-Ibadan Expressway. 3. Northerners kept quiet because while Buhari completed ABUJA-Kaduna rail line, he started and completed Lagos-Abeokuta/Ibadan standard gauge railway. 4. While Buhari maintained subsidy making life easier for Nigerians, Tinubu removed it and things have never been the same. That is why northerners kept quiet. 5. Northerners kept quiet because there was school feeding across Nigeria which brought over 5 million out-of-school children (mostly in the North) back to school. 6. Northerners kept quiet because all 36 States had 1 minister each, with only 6 states having 2 (one from each zone), unlike PBAT that gave Ogun state alone 4 Ministers including Finance Minister and CBN Governor. 7. *ON SECURITY & SOPHISTICATED WEAPONS:* Northerners kept quiet because Buhari invested over $1 Billion in weapons to fight insecurity. For the first time since 1999, the Armed Forces were fully re-equipped. - *Air Force:* 38 brand new aircraft — 12 A-29 Super Tucano Jets from USA, 3 JF-17 Thunder Jets, 5 Mi-35M attack Helicopters, 4 Agusta 109, 2 Bell 412, 2 Mi-171E, 10 Super Mushshak. Plus he ordered 12 AH-1Z Viper — world's deadliest attack helicopter — and 24 M-346 attack jets. He also raised aircraft serviceability from 35% to 70%. - *Army:* VT-4 Main Battle Tanks, ST1 Light Tanks, SH-5 Self-propelled Howitzers, and hundreds of Armoured Vehicles. - *Navy:* Over 400 new platforms — 200 Riverine Patrol Boats, 114 Rigid Inflatable Boats, 4 Capital Ships, and Surveillance Drones. Because of this, Boko Haram deaths dropped by 92% (from 2,131 in 2015 to 178 in 2021) and Nigeria recorded lowest piracy in 27 years. 8. Northerners kept quiet because Buhari ensured we eat what we produce. That policy created hundreds of rice mills, farmers were happy, our GDP improved since agriculture contributes nearly 40% of GDP, unlike PBAT who gave 150-day duty-free waiver to import food. 9. Northerners kept quiet because Buhari's appointments were across the 6 geopolitical zones, unlike PBAT who takes almost everything to South West. 10. Northerners kept quiet under Buhari because there was NPower, Conditional Cash Transfer, TraderMoni, MarketMoni, FarmerMoni. But PBAT increased school fees from N50,000 to N150,000, gives you loan and expects repayment. 11. Northerners kept quiet because Buhari gave the judiciary and opposition a free hand to operate, that cannot be said under this government. 12. Northerners kept quiet because the economic team was under South West under Buhari (Osinbajo, Kemi Adeosun, Babatunde Fowler etc). Now everything is concentrated in South West. 13. Northerners kept quiet because Buhari completed Second Niger Bridge after 50 years of failed promises — a project in South East, not North. 14. Northerners kept quiet because Buhari recovered 20 Local Governments from Boko Haram. In 2015 Boko Haram controlled 20 LGs and hoisted flags. By 2017, no inch of Nigeria was under them. 15. Northerners kept quiet because Buhari built 14 new Federal Universities and completed 5 International Airport Terminals — Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Port Harcourt, Enugu — not one zone. 16. Northerners kept quiet because Buhari signed Petroleum Industry Act after 20 years of failure, and started 614km AKK Gas Pipeline to revive Northern industries. 17. Northerners kept quiet because Buhari exited Nigeria from recession TWICE (2017 & 2021) and gave bailout to all 36 States to pay salaries without minding APC or PDP. 18. Northerners kept quiet because Buhari gave LG Autonomy and signed Not-Too-Young-To-Run Bill.

SHETTIMA, HOW DID BOLA GRADUATE BEFORE GOVERNMENT COLLEGE LAGOS EXISTED?  “While Shettima debates school records, families are skipping meals, workers cannot afford the journey to work, and his government calls their suffering reform.” At the 32nd Nigerian Economic Summit in Abuja today, Vice President Kashim Shettima had a chance to explain why Nigerians are struggling to afford fuel, transport and food. Instead, he mocked Atiku Abubakar for attending the Kano School of Hygiene. Faced with the cost of living crisis, this government’s Vice President attacked a man’s school. What, exactly, is shameful about Atiku’s education? He completed secondary school, pursued further training and built a life through work. Millions of Nigerians have travelled the same road. Their parents sacrificed to get them into the schools they could afford; they studied, worked and rose. Shettima looked at that struggle and saw something to laugh at. If Shettima wants to examine school records, he should begin with the man he serves. A document in Bola Tinubu’s Chicago State University records lists him as having graduated from Government College Lagos in 1970, four years before the school was established in 1974. Shettima should explain how a man graduates from a school before it exists, instead of mocking Atiku for attending a school whose doors were open. Then there is the question of names. The NYSC certificate Tinubu submitted to INEC bears the name “Tinubu Bola Adekunle.” Atiku has challenged that discrepancy in court. Shettima cannot ridicule Atiku’s documented schooling while refusing to address questions about the name on his principal’s certificate. Tinubu’s Chicago State University documents are also still the subject of litigation in the United States. The questions raised about documents submitted for his election must be answered on their own terms. Insulting Atiku’s school will not make them disappear. Nor can Shettima pretend that the documented 1993 forfeiture in Chicago, arising from a narcotics investigation, has never raised questions. A separate U.S. case concerning the release of records from that historical investigation remains a matter of public interest. Shettima says Atiku wants Nigerians to “backslide into penury.” Back from where? The World Bank estimates that nearly seven in ten Nigerians will live below its lower middle income poverty line in 2026, while 35 million people face acute food insecurity. Poverty is not a future threat to these families. It is the life they are struggling through today. A parent choosing between transport to work and food for the children does not need Shettima to explain penury. His remark shows how far this government has drifted from the people it serves. Atiku has proposed a targeted, capped and independently audited subsidy tied to petrol refined in Nigeria. If Shettima thinks it cannot be funded, he should show his figures and offer a better way to lower prices. Insulting Atiku will not fill a cooking pot, pay a bus fare or put fuel in a tank. Atiku has nothing to be ashamed of. He walked through the doors of the Kano School of Hygiene, studied, worked and rose. The shame belongs to Shettima, who stood before a nation weighed down by hunger and chose to laugh at honest education. After three and a half years in the saddle, Nigerians have seen the bitter consequences of allowing a man with a forged education to become President. Tinubu is an error the Nigerian electorate made in 2023, and on January 16, 2027, the whole country will be impatient to correct that error. Shettima and Bola may be too far removed from ordinary homes to hear the anger building inside them. Those homes will have a voice at the ballot box. Nigerians will answer the Vice President’s mockery and his boss’s record with their votes. Shettima and Bola will be beaten by the very people they have stopped listening to. TINUBU MUST EXPLAIN LUXURY SUV GIFTS TO APC YOUTHS WHILE NIGERIANS GO HUNGRY — ATIKU. Former Vice President and African Democratic Congress presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar has accused President Bola Tinubu of presiding over a grotesque spectacle of executive excess: the reported distribution of 2026 model luxury SUVs, each worth more than ₦150 million, to APC youth leaders while millions of Nigerians are crushed by hunger and soaring costs. Atiku said it was a brazen insult to ask Nigerians to endure hardship while party loyalists receive vehicles worth a fortune. He demanded an immediate public explanation from President Tinubu and the Presidency: who is paying for these SUVs, and why is such lavish political spending taking place while ordinary families struggle to afford food and transport? In a statement issued by Phrank Shaibu, Director of Strategic Communication of the ADC Presidential Campaign Council, Atiku said: "The APC National Youth Leader says these vehicles were donated by First Lady Oluremi Tinubu. Nigerians deserve to know where the money came from to buy and distribute so many 2026 model SUVs, each worth more than ₦150 million, for political mobilisation. "The First Lady holds no elected or executive office. She is only a domestic appendage of the office of President. Were these vehicles bought with her personal funds, donations or public resources? Who paid for them? What was the total cost? The Presidency must provide a clear account. Nigerians cannot be expected to accept a fleet of extraordinarily expensive vehicles for party loyalists without knowing who financed them. "At a time families cannot afford food, transport and other basic necessities, these gifts are a brazen insult to the people. The government has found a way to provide luxury SUVs for APC youth leaders, yet millions of Nigerians are still waiting for meaningful relief from the cost of living crisis. This is not merely a question of misplaced priorities. It is one of the most outlandish displays of executive recklessness in our history. "First, APC women leaders reportedly received luxury vehicles. Now, according to the National Youth Leader, APC youth leaders are receiving SUVs from the First Lady. The earlier gifts came on the eve of the abduction of schoolchildren in Oyo State. Now another lavish round of political giving is taking place while Nigerians face hunger, insecurity and hardship. "While Nigerians continue to ask where the savings from subsidy removal have gone, the Presidency must explain how such costly gifts are being funded. If the vehicles were paid for privately, the source of the funds should be disclosed. If public resources were used, the government must identify who authorised the spending and under what legal authority. "The scale of these gifts raises grave questions about whether our collective patrimony is being diverted to buy political loyalty. Nigeria cannot be run as a captured state, where wealth and influence serve the powerful while ordinary citizens are left to struggle. "The same youth leader who made the gifts public is reportedly travelling by private jet. That image of extraordinary privilege stands in jarring contrast to the hardship facing ordinary Nigerians. The Presidency must stop treating questions about wealth and spending as an inconvenience. Nigerians have a right to ask where the money came from. "Nor is this culture of privilege confined to party officials; it reaches the very household of the President. His own son, Mr Seyi Tinubu, has been pictured, in widely circulated images, wearing a Richard Mille RM 67-02 Sébastien Ogier, a timepiece that sells for close to half a million dollars ($500k), while the same government asks ordinary Nigerians to endure hardship, tighten their belts and wait patiently for relief that never seems to arrive.

📌📌📌📌📌📌📌 There must be no distraction, the issue at hand is the looting currently going on under the T-Pain regime @IMFNews and @WorldBankGroup are raising red flags about trillions unaccounted for under the T-Pain regime in just under 3+ years But Mrs T-Pain is busy wasting/donating foreign made expensive SUVs to politicians while Nigerians are dying of hunger If there is Christian genocide in Nigeria hold Tinubu responsible, he is the president and the Izala groups are working for him and @OfficialAPCNg You are even indicting the regime @bulamabukarti @IU_Wakilii @Arewa_Source @ArewaTwiter NEXT
When we said there was genocide against Christians in the north ,they all denied it . The truth can't be hidden for long . See the hidden facts and indoctrinations revealed to the public . Imagine what they do to their fellow Nigerians who are the neighbours . Imagine the plan for those far off in Enugu . No wonder there is not peace in the country and in the north some clowns would come out to tell us how Tinubu is not fight insecurity but children as young as 8yrs need AK47 to kill others because of religion and tribe . @IU_Wakilii @bulamabukarti @ishakaa @Arewa_Source @ArewaTwiter

Yesterday we witnessed yet another episode of absolute contempt for the collective sensibilities of Nigerians, arrogance like we’ve never seen before, impunity and lavish display of the likely fruits of high level corruption. In a land where Professors cannot afford brand new cars of any kind, some young thugs, likely barely educated, with no other use than stealing elections for the ruling party, can cruise home with 100 million Naira vehicles, and still rub it in our faces. What a world we live in! This is the world that has been engineered, enabled, curated and perfected by the current administration. If you see any condemnation from their folks, it’s either out of envy that they are not the beneficiaries, or that it was made public when they should be enjoying discretely. The institutionalization of the rent economy! If we still have any trade unions with some decency left in them, this episode should not go unanswered. Lecturers, doctors, engineers, all other professionals. Don’t let this go unanswered. I’m begging you all. @ASUUnigeria @NLCHeadquarters @OfficialTUCN

I realised that the @OfficialAPCNg Youth Leader @dayoisrael has deleted the video he was bragging of sharing brand new 2026 Prado, each costing at least ₦190 million, depending on whether it is A Prado Adventure, Luxury or Premium. The most scary part of this all is that he had tagged the first lady, RAT @SenRemiTinubu & even thanked her for the continuous support. Where are they getting these monies? What is their budgets? These people are just here to loot & steal the fortune of this country. Only time would tell the extent of damage T-Pain & his people have done to Nigeria. The @officialEFCC would overlook this. The @NGRSenate @HouseNGR won't see anything here to investigate. THE DISASTER OF NADECO DEMOCRACY.
