Tina Peters, a former election official, was convicted in connection with tampering with voting equipment. She was sentenced to nearly nine years in prison. Peters maintains she was trying to protect election data. Governor Jared Polis commuted Peters' sentence in May. Since her release, she is back on the election denial circuit.
