Oh, no. So, so sorry to learn of the passing of the great #ChefFloydCardoz.
The Bombay Canteen’s co-owner #ChefFloydCardoz has passed away from COVID-19 in NYC. Cardoz was known for food that focused on seasonal produce and rich flavours, which he extended to the menu at O Pedro as well. Sending love and strength to his family #RIP #FloydCardoz
