A week ago I was under observation in a psychiatric ward. Today I rode my bike, caught up with friends, looked at what could’ve been.Thanks to the meds I’m calmer, thanks to the bike I’m active and thanks to friends who’ve called in, messaged, baked, taken time out for me

Been feeling down. Taking a leaf out of the @TimMcKenna5 handbook. One way flight booked to Milan. Ride to Bolzano, Feltre, Padova, Florence and back up to Como before Locarno and back to Milan. Hoping to give myself some time and space to get back to my old self.
