Today I made the Brazilian Coconut Chicken from @DigitalFringed1 A Spoonful of Gains cookbook. Rice used was the preferred rice of @BowTiedHRT Nishiki. Meal was delicious. If you don’t have this cookbook….you are missing out. Spoon courtesy of our home’s previous owners.
