🔥 Acki Nacki just cut its blockchain minimum Node requirements in half.
Acki Nacki — fastest blockchain possible — announced the refactoring of its node software to allow the network to run on even lower specs.
⚡️ Now, minimum requirements for Block Keeper Nodes that anyone can buy have gone down to 8c/16t CPU, 64 GB RAM, 1 TB NVMe Storage, and 1 Gbit synchronous unmetered Internet connection.
Subsequently, the cost of running the Node is cut by more than tree times, to a monthly total lowest cost of around $75 to $150 for Block Keeper consensus node.
That is 4 times less than Solana while being 20 times more performant within these specs.
😈 Acki Nacki wants everyone to be able to join the network: To participate, mine, and prevent large concentrations of network ownership, because true decentralization happens when many people own, govern with, and HODL the network tokens.
