This group have lots of volunteers after a fantastic response. Now they need to put them to use. Pass on the details to vulnerable residents in and around the St Michaels area. localhelp.cc/stmichaels #COVID19 #covid19UK #Liverpool

Two weeks ago today Boris Johnson said at PMQs that Coronavirus testing levels would increase to 25,000 per day.
Two weeks on and the UK is averaging 7,500 tests per day.
Enough time has been wasted. This needs sorting. Lives depend on it.

My uncle had a fall he didn't have COVID19. He caught it in hospital and has now sadly died from COVID19.
Just a few weeks ago we buried his only Son. We are devastated as a family but I'm also angry.
Government needs to Test everyone who works in the hospitals without delay!

Our hero. We will miss him so much.
As I stand down as Leader, I also want to thank you for all the support you have given the party, and me personally, over the last four and a half years.

In the 1990s @JeremyCorbyn showed solidarity with Liverpool dockers like my dad sacked for refusing to cross a picket line.
It’s been an absolute privilege to serve in his Shadow Cabinet. #ThankYouJeremy

Workers should not pay the price for measures taken in response to the Coronavirus. This is not the way to deal with this crisis.
BREAKING: Virgin Atlantic plans to cut about 80% of flights each day by the 26th of March, grounding 75% of planes by then. They are also asking staff to take 8 weeks of unpaid leave during the next three months.

This article raises so many key questions:
◾Why has the UK departed from WHO policy?
◾Why has the Gov't abandoned population testing & contact tracing?
◾Why is self-isolation not being used more?
◾What's the policy to promote social distancing?

It's disgraceful that private healthcare companies are making a profit out of the coronavirus.
The beds should be used by the NHS. Rent-free.

"We're suffering a pandemic. It's very very serious, and the government just seems to be complacent and behind... and they're giving advice that is different to that given in almost every other European country. This is something strange..."
