Brilliant. One of my heroes in the wine world. I've had discussions with him online, mostly wine, grape genetics, and occasionally politics, over the years, and he's still as sharp as he was when I met him at Windows on the World. I can't wait.

Turkey Dinner! Turkey tenderloin, rubbed with plant butter, sage, thyme and black pepper. Roasted "en papillote" in the air fryer with roasted garlic pomme pureé, baby peas with onion and white wine. – at Fort Lauderdale, FL
The gin is seasoned with juniper, coriander, and wild desert herbs like sagebrush, and QUITE alcoholic, so I had to cut it with water and vermouth, but the lemon isn't overpowering.
Now off to L- tryptophan/gin/CBD induced dreamland!
