SEGA will remember they technically own Captain Metal, and bring him back this season, trust.

Technically it’s everything, (whole body turns around, arms swinging cause the gloves are huge, winds up before squatting)
The purpose is to show emotion more through body language than solely facial expression.
It’s partially why Tails talks with his whole body in the OG clip.

Alright then,
Don’t keep Arceus waiting when THEY come

When they announce a new Pokémon game that suspiciously looks like that Squadra rework.

I don’t think we wanna introduce “Pokélock” into the universe.

Must be a bit weird to move like you’re in a mascot suit without BEING in a mascot suit, lmao.
Especially when you have to act against a person doing the same thing while both of you have to remember you both have clown shoes and giant hands.

Mario Kart World Mario model release!
grab it here: drive.google.com/drive/folde…

All the 3D Marios end up looking radically different from one another, so I wouldn’t be surprised if they go with neither or somewhere in the middle.
I would probably lean more towards the right, I just personally think the left would fit 2d adjacent games more.

I meant more so the general idea.
Would’ve had a longer statement about theater acting history and direction between different cultures and how that affects motion capture performances, but Twitter word limits, y’know?
Replying to @antu_developer
In tokusatsu, most of the acting has to be done with the body, because the suit's face usually can't move, so movements are exaggerated.
When recording mocap, the movements are usually more important, so the methodology transfers over if the mocap was sourced in Japan.
Guess who lied.
I just bagged like a motherfucker, since that's what everyone else was doing anyway, lmao
I got incredibly unlucky with Legend Competition 8, so I just gave up going for Emerald already.
I just wasn't having fun with how grouped up everyone was forced to be.
That doesn't mean y'all can't laugh the misfortune though. #SRCW #SonicRacingCrossWorlds

Saw this back then and I thought it was interesting. I had a couple of theories on how to do that, and I tested them using the Mania Sonic test project I did previously. After some trials, here's the result. Had to fill in some frames, but I guess it worked out in the end 👍
Replying to @GHShuffle
Well it’s not the same composer, so it’s not going to be, being fair here.
They got different composing methodologies that are just similar sometimes, not the same.
On an unrelated note, I love that you can tell whenever the motion capture for a video game was made in Japan.
Cause it’s clear that the baseline for a lot of the mocap actors is just straight up tokusatsu suit acting.
Cause only Kamen Riders and Ultramen move like that, lmao.

I mean yeah, Mario Kart World has this exact same problem every time someone posts a clip where they use the parkour, lmao.
