The auto phone system for @DIRECTV has to be the absolute worst for understanding how to get a customer to the right dept. And why is having an account number the ONLY way to access your account? Nobody knows their account number.

When @Chase has a branch on just about every corner but you’ve been trying to get a business account open since 12/3, it’s probably time to look at a different bank.
Six @Chase branches within 7 miles of me and not one of them has a banker available after 3pm to open a Biz Acct until 12/13…that’s at the branch I loathe. Why have branch on every corner of you can’t service your customers? Time to check out @MidFirst or @BofA_Business
