I took the time to fill out your survey, give details on my experience and what was @DelTaco’s customer service response? ONE DOLLAR! Not even worth the trip to redeem it. The service at your Queen Creek store is awful and it seems nobody cares.

@DelTaco is in my top 3 fast food places. I intentionally have to drive there. Yesterday I ordered a Del Beef & Del Combo burrito, noticed the price increased from $6 to $7 and got the wrong order. This was my $4.29 Del Beef Burrito. It weighed 3.8 ounces. I hate fast food.

The auto phone system for @DIRECTV has to be the absolute worst for understanding how to get a customer to the right dept. And why is having an account number the ONLY way to access your account? Nobody knows their account number.

Nothing since PS increases my rent 20-35% every year. Started out at $166 in 9/2020 and just got a notice of increase to $345. I guess you don’t like customers who pay each month and just want people to move out. ✅
