Less govt, more freedom. The 1st and 2nd Amendments are inextricably intertwined and equally important.

The 1st Amendment is the bark, the 2nd Amendment is the bite. They are inextricably intertwined. That's why they are 1st and 2nd.
Free speech is not just another value. It's the foundation of Western civilization.

Only one gubernatorial candidate will actually talk to the press...
Thank you @ChristineDrazan for answering my questions during our interview. For the record, @GovTinaKotek has not agreed to be interviewed-despite more than a dozen invitations from @fox12oregon since July. She also declined our debate invitation.youtu.be/XD2ex5Cn7PE?is=bYI1…

And yet Portland and Oregon’s dogmatically dim Dem voters will keep voting “blue no matter who” regardless of the results or their incompetence.
Portland’s Royal Sonesta: bought for $108.3M in 2016. Now reportedly sold for $6.83M for 220 rooms—just $31,000 per key. A staggering 93.7% price collapse. This is what happens when government fails at public safety, downtown disorder spirals, Measure 110’s consequences go unaddressed, and Multnomah County’s mental-health system fails people in crisis. Tourism doesn’t thrive where visitors feel unsafe and downtown businesses struggle to survive. Portland didn’t get here by accident. Policy choices have consequences—and taxpayers, workers, businesses, and property owners are paying the price. @mitch4portland @pnwpolicyangel @TeacherTiff4PDX @kanalforpdx @MayorKWilson

Words are needed because of your despicable actions toward people you disagree with like @BrandiKruse ….words like hypocrisy, intolerance, hate, bigotry , stupidity, dogmatism, denial and insanity. Also words like discrimination and lawsuit.
No words needed… but if we had the words LFG!!

You can’t trust a governor whose solution to a $400 million problem was a $15 billion tax on Oregonians. Higher taxes are not the solution. New leadership is.

If you're in Oregon, you'd better vote for this smoking hot redhead with the big brain. Christine Drazen has the best shot at saving Oregon. She can actually win, too! Let's go @ChristineDrazan!

GEN Z IS VOTING WITH ITS FEET—AND OREGON SHOULD BE TERRIFIED. A poll found 70% of Gen Z respondents considering a move said they’d most likely leave Oregon. Among those considering moving statewide, 53% cited lower taxes as a reason. The message is unmistakable: high taxes, weak job growth, public-safety failures and an unresponsive government are driving people to question their future here. No housing growth without population growth. No population growth without good-paying jobs. No good-paying jobs without business investment. And no business investment without a safe city, competitive taxes and government that actually works. Councilor Mitch Green, County Chair Jessica Vega Pederson and Governor Tina Kotek: Oregon cannot tax, regulate and alienate its way to prosperity. This isn’t left versus right. It’s results versus failure—and the political extremes are making compromise harder while the problems get worse. November is an opportunity to demand change at every level of government. Oregon cannot afford another four years of business as usual. @GovTinaKotek @jvegapederson @mitch4portland @MayorKWilson oregonlive.com/politics/2026…

Following the historic end to the NFA’s unconstitutional federal registration scheme for untaxed firearms and suppressors, lawyers for FPC have sent letters to the AGs of 15 states that still tie the legality of the covered arms to compliance with the law. firearmspolicy.org/fpc-moves…

🚨BREAKING🚨 ATF has finally issued guidance following GOA’s historic NFA victory. The agency says it will no longer enforce federal registration and approval requirements for suppressors and short-barreled firearms for everyone, nationwide.

Local and regional tax burdens in the Portland area have grown over five times faster than the local population, driven by at least 20 major new tax measures and rate hikes enacted by voters and lawmakers since 2009. Key Fiscal Realities in Portland •Surging Tax Burden: Voters and lawmakers have passed at least 20 major tax measures since 2009, pushing Portland to have the second-highest combined top marginal individual income tax rate in the nation (trailing only New York City). •Business Taxes: Local taxes on Portland businesses rose by 82% between 2019 and 2023 alone. •New Local Levies: The area introduced localized income and gross-receipts measures such as the Multnomah County Preschool for All tax (1%), the Metro Supportive Housing Services tax (1%), and various property and utility fee increases. •Population vs. Growth: While Portland and Multnomah County experienced flat or declining population trends during parts of the post-pandemic period (with Multnomah County seeing outward migration to neighboring counties like Clark County, WA or Washington County), local government and special-district tax revenues continued to scale upward to fund housing, preschool, and infrastructure backlogs. By comparison, state-level data in Oregon noted that overall state spending grew over four times faster than state population growth over a similar decade-long window, mirroring the public perception of a steep gap between demographic growth and fiscal expansion. You cannot tax your way out of incompetence. You cannot legislate your way out of disorder. And you certainly cannot punish the employers and investors who still have the option to take their capital, jobs and businesses elsewhere. Keep driving away the people who create, invest and employ, and eventually there will be fewer people left to tax. Portland and Oregon are taxing citizens to death. Our quality of life has deteriorated and the level of government services are among WORST IN NATION despite HIGHEST IN NATION TAX BURDEN. @GovTinaKotek @MayorKWilson

Portland’s small businesses aren’t struggling because billionaires somewhere else supposedly aren’t paying their “fair share.” They’re struggling because City Hall has failed at the basics: public safety, reasonable taxation, reliable infrastructure, functional schools and a business environment where employers actually want to invest. Blaming Portland’s failures on billionaires who don’t even live in Oregon is political theater designed to distract from City Hall’s own record. That isn’t economic development. It’s economic self-sabotage dressed up as DSA ideology. Mitch Green, Jamie Dunphy and the rest of the Peacocks are zero real life existence in starting or running a private sector company. They are pushing DSA communist policies that will accelerate Portlands doom loop. @JustinMill8ucr @mitch4portland @jamiedunphy

Never forget this. 👇
Fact check: Kotek voted to not allow a bill to come out of committee that would have restored full, in-class instruction. On June 3, 2021, House Speaker Tina Kotek voted against a motion to bring HB 3399 out of committee for House consideration. HB 3399 would have required every Oregon public school to provide full-time, in-person classroom instruction during the 2021–22 school year. The @ORDems love to gaslight the citizens of this state. Don't fall for their lies.

Incredibly alarming that DOJ has declared it will not appeal the ruling that struck down the nearly 100-yr-old requirements for silencers, short-barreled rifles, and “sawed-off” shotguns. These uniquely lethal devices can eviscerate public safety. bit.ly/4xUlxgk

The @ORDems are unabashed liars that make old school Soviet propaganda look real. You all are a parody account now, right?
FACT CHECK: Both graduation rates and attendance rates are increasing under Tina Kotek. Meanwhile, Drazan’s plan for education is sending public dollars to unaccountable private schools that will still be unaffordable to the families most in need. splcenter.org/resources/stor…

We wouldn’t need a prosperity council if the Democrats hadn’t run Oregon’s economy into the ground over the last 40 years…
FACT CHECK: Tina Kotek created the Prosperity Council specifically to address the business climate in Oregon. Christine Drazan is repeating ideas the Governor already has.

This post just makes you all disingenuous, gaslighting A holes. Seriously, speaker Kotek was instrumental in supporting and furthering Kate Brown’s executive powers and orders keeping schools closed during Covid. You’re literally just bad people. Go pound sand.
FACT CHECK: Tina Kotek wasn't Governor when schools were closed for COVID. Seems like Drazan needs to pay attention in class.

This. All day this. 👇🏻. It’d maybe be ok if we had awesome schools, low cost of living, low crime, vibrant economy, etc. but we don’t. We are at the bottom of almost every category you can think of. If you continue to vote for the same Democrats that have spent 30 years ruining Oregon, you are either ignorant or insane, don’t care about anything other than your political agenda, or you are flat out an idiot.
You have to INSANE to keep voting for @ORDems @TinaKotek! Literally, stop it!!! Stop voting for your own suffering.
