“I love being a principal in Blue Valley because it gives me the unique opportunity to support not just individual students or classrooms but an entire school community. Every day I get to help shape a positive, inclusive culture where both students and staff can thrive. I find deep purpose in empowering students and educators, celebrating growth and ensuring every child feels seen, supported and challenged to reach their potential. What’s most fulfilling is knowing that the decisions I make — whether big-picture or day-to-day — can have a lasting impact.” — Erica McDonald, @OTECougars principal 💚
