Last year, SMU was the last team in the tourney. And the committee said that B.J. Edwards being available put them in.
Edwards, though, didn’t play in SMU’s First Four game.
Edwards is now at OU. And I asked #Sooners returners Derrion Reid and Xzayvier Brown about this… 😅

Here's Porter Moser today on what constitutes a successful season for Oklahoma:
"I don't want to put a ceiling of getting in (to the tournament)...There's no finish line with this team. We shouldn't have a finish line."
"This is going to be a ride like no other in college basketball with the SEC this year...Let's fill this building up...Let's create a home court advantage."

Porter Moser says he feels like, on paper, this is best roster since his time at Oklahoma.
Moser says that he hasn't seen it yet, though, because they've had several guys hurt this offseason. #Sooners

American conservatives are constantly bemoaning the decline of aesthetic standards and calling for a return to classical Roman architecture, but are now forced to defend the Cheesecake Factory. A constant tension between the Brooks Brothers patrician and the Kid Rock populist.
