Yes, it’s on me to accept how things are. At the end of the day the people whose perception doesn’t align with reality need help accepting reality, not lies and enablement
Sure it does. Much like liposuction would help someone who has body dysmorphia thinking they are fat.
Transitioning doesn’t solve the issue, which is what you criticized other therapy with
But yes, you are getting at the point. It’s your perception that doesn’t align with reality. So change your perception. Bc you aren’t changing reality.
You are saying that here. If those
Changes are what eases your gender issues, then it’s clear those are gender markers to you.

If people argue that they have to make changes that are related to sex, to treat what their brain associates as their gender, they are arguing that those things are at minimum correlated/
I’m working off what you are claiming here. If sex isn’t what determines gender then there is zero reason that perceiving yourself as a different sex would treat gender dysphoria.
I really don’t get how you can claim that you can’t change your perception; that it’s impossible for you to accept reality. It’s not impossible to change your views:
You claim sex isn’t the same as gender. So regardless of your sex, and the way your body looks, your gender isn’t determined by that, so there would be no issue.
So the solution then is to align the brain to the body that exists, not align the body to what the brain expects, bc that doesn’t solve the issue.
Transitioning doesn’t treat the core issue either. No one’s sex changes, it’s just a coping mechanism. So if those fail bc core issues are left untreated, so would transitioning.
