Election à la @OIFrancophonie, après des bruits et tapages, silence curieux de @julianalumumba. A quelques jours de l'élection du Sécretaire Général de l'#OIF, prévue le 16 novembre prochain au #Cambodge, les observateurs s'étonnent désormais du silence de la #Rdc et de sa candidate @julianalumumba. Après avoir dépensé des millions de dollars pour une campagne et une candidature visiblement improvisées, la #Rdc semble désormais résignée à l'approche de l'échéance. @julianalumumba parait aphone, comme si elle a acté sa défaite bien avant l'élection. Deux candidats caragolent en tête: la rwandaise @LMushikiwabo, candidate à sa propre succession et le roumain Dacia Cilioș. La #Rdc est absente de débat et confirme les critiques qui indiquaient que @JuliannaMulumba était tout simplement la candidate de l'opportunisme du défis. Des ONG de défense des droits humains et de protection de l’environnement expriment leurs inquiétudes face aux risques de pollution de cette rivière, dont l’eau est consommée par les populations riveraines. Commandant Second en charge des opérations et renseignement de la 61è Brigade Infaterie basée à #Nyunzu dans le #Tanganyika a fait allegiance au #FRN et se trouve actuellement à #Goma.
