About 150 motorbikes were purchased by a shadowy intelligence group from a motorbike loan company in the Ntinda-Naguru area and handed to individuals now tailing and tracking activists.
The riders have all been told to wear brown shoes as a signal for identification. So look out for motorbike-riding folks following you and wearing brown shoes.
