Customer service needs intimacy and delicacy.
Intimacy, because people trust you with their money, their panic, and the reason it matters.
Delicacy, because one wrong word turns calm into angry, and a careful “no” can still keep the customer.
The closeness of a friend.

A customer does not make their final decision at the point of purchase.
They make it after. When they need help. When something goes wrong. When nobody answers.
That is the moment they decide if they are coming back.
Businesses have known this since 1894.
Most still have not.
Last week I cold emailed micro-freight forwarders. Most have no website, or a broken one, so customers can’t track a package.
This week I’m building a shipping site with a cargo calculator and tracking for a company overseas.
