NEW: An Ontario cancer patient is taking the Ford government to court for refusing to fund a U.S. treatment that could save her life.
"People are just being told to die."
The government pointed to cost savings as one of the reasons it is limiting which patients can receive funding for out-of-country treatments.

She has gutted a program that helps people with rare diseases get care when it's not available in Ontario.

This morning, I joined @CTVYMOttawa to discuss the OSAP scandal.
Doug Ford needs to immediately reinstate OSAP for students who followed the rules. Keep the bad actors cut off, investigate them, and make affected students whole.
The government must also reverse its OSAP grant cuts to public colleges and universities. Their claims that OSAP was unsustainable deserve serious scrutiny in light of what we now know.
Students should not be paying the price for this government’s failures. #onpoli

Today marks the 55th birthday of His Highness Prince Rahim Aga Khan, spiritual leader of @TheIsmaili Muslims.
