$SPCX SIGNS BINDING COMMITMENT FOR $40 BILLION GPU FINANCING DEAL WITH APOLLO SpaceX has entered into a binding commitment letter with an Apollo Global Management-managed entity to finance GPU pods and related data center equipment. Under the proposed agreement, Apollo's entity would acquire the equipment and lease it to SpaceX, with approximately $40 billion in aggregate principal payments over lease terms of five to 5.25 years. The deal is expected to close before year-end, with GPU deliveries and lease payments beginning in the first half of 2027. The $40 billion figure excludes interest and other costs, with the final financing rate still to be determined.
