If nothing else i’ve said has clicked in the last 2.5 weeks..
(God help you)
..but maybe this will.
There will be a time…
probably sooner than you think..
That Arcus, and everything adjacent to it, have a ‘moment’.
Recall (kindly) the 2-week period where Aster, the least innovative dex in crypto history..
Was the ONLY thing you saw on the TL, and EVERYONE was making money on it.
The product was virtually unusable, yet it was an entire meta for several weeks.
Now.
What do you think happens when the chosen dex of Robinhood…with a better product + direct investment from Vlad himself, starts teasing, and then ultimately release their token?
Do you understand how fast the Arcus ecosystem will explode?
Do you understand what will happen when they use their innovative products to embrace the Robinhood ethos of being both meme and RWA-friendly?
I do.
This will all happen extremely fast.
And everything they are involved with, or that is involved with them, will get dragged violently up with it.
So yeah.
Maybe it won’t be until points farming & TGE hype starts to build..
But i promise you this will happen.
The cat will be out of the bag.
Arcus will explode, and pToken adoption / volume will go vertical.
Builders, deployers, and buyers will flock to them.
And VECTIS will be there.
Welcoming them all with open arms, and a 6-week head start in the next great dex meta.
So remember this tweet.
Because I will..
And I will enjoy the QT when this all plays out.
Will you?

Prediction market startups are getting smoked.
M&A velocity is rising. Robinhood is openly looking at acquisitions, Coinbase already bought The Clearing Company, and Binance just integrated Predict . fun. That is not random. That is what consolidation looks like when a market matures.
Most prediction market startups are NGMI because most of them do not actually have a moat. No real USP. No distribution. No durable liquidity. No regulatory edge. Mid team.
These mid startups are just another venues with the same product PRAYING volume shows up. In markets like this, if you do not have a real wedge, you do not build a business. You shut down.
---
Why I think @cademarket can thrive is that it is not trying to be another generic prediction venue. It is building around behavior, not just markets.
Fast markets. Native to attention. Built for live moments, creators, chat, and streams where prediction becomes interaction, not just trading.
That matters.
Cleaner resolution matters too, because speed without trust is useless. In a category where most products converge into the same thing, distinct product behavior is not branding. It is survival.

Testing some big updates at @RespawnData over the past couple weeks here.
We added OpenStack support - VMs, identity data, etc. Now when your OpenStack provider has an outage or someone accidentally deletes a project, you can actually recover from it.

I've spent the last 258 days on a question that makes no sense.
How do we spend 215B/year on cybersecurity... and hospitals still get taken offline?
because we keep buying walls.
Firewalls, zero trust, EDR, IAM, SIEM, training, retainers. Medieval strategy: taller walls, deeper moats.
It's all important. And it works...But
History repeats.
Maginot Line: they went around. (Salesforce 3rd party OAuth in august)
Constantinople: gunpowder showed up. (M365 Copilot "EchoLeak" in June)
Troy: walls held... credentials didn't. (MGM Resorts 2023)
new tech + trust failures + bad assumptions
So assume failure. (entropy wins)
when something breaks. everything rides on one question.
Can you recover?
58% of the time you can't.
not because "backups" are conceptually complex. just brutal in practice.
20 core systems, a bunch of unique failure modes. Even if you copy everything, backups drift.
corruption, silent failures, config changes, permissions, API limits, etc.
So the reality is:
Nobody actually knows if their backups work.
Not IT. Not the vendors. Not the CISO.
They "know" once in a while after a recovery drill... then go back to guessing.
because testing if you can survive sucks. Slow, manual, expensive, and instantly stale.
Mid sized org wants to know daily if they'd survive? The math is dumb.
~17,700 hours a year.
~9 FTEs
~20 core systems manually tested.
Just to check.
Meanwhile new failure modes move at machine speed across the stack with AI. Recovery is still tested at human speed.
That's the gap. Constantinople moment.
Marston and started building Respawn because we think the answer is a digital immune system.
detect recovery failure modes early.
prove the data's healthy.
heal autonomously.
Our V1 (we cooked)
- integrates with M365, Google Workspace, Slack
- backs up your data and restores fast.
- proves recoverability of the data every 12 hours (Merkle proofs + random sampling)
- autonomously heals data integrity issues when proofs fail
- AI copilot that finds and fix broken configs, API limits, and silent failures
Last thing. small businesses get hit hard… and they’re usually priced out of tools like this.
We think that’s broken.
So we went usage-based to open up access. Some people tell us we’re “selling ourselves short” and should only chase mid-market and enterprise deal sizes.
We think that’s goofy.
Minimum usage starts at $64/month. That can protect a business up to 12 employees. $5/month per employee after that. No lock-ins. Month to month.
If you want to know if you can recover and autonomously heal when you can't? Message me or book a time at respawnit.com

The Guy No One Talks About
Every company has that guy.
The one sitting in a back room somewhere, opening hundreds of random backup files every day. Just to make sure the company could recover if it ever got hit by a cyber attack.
He wasn't hired to do this.
He was hired to build, to innovate, to generate revenue.
But now he's stuck in a loop: downloading, unzipping, checking, deleting... because if he doesn't, the business might not survive the next attack.
He hates doing it.
His boss hates that he has to do it.
But everyone knows, someone has to do it.
That's the kind of painful, invisible work that inspired our team at Jackal Labs building @Jackal_Protocol and @RespawnData.
What if recovery didn't depend on human hope?
Whait if integrity could be verified, automatically, every few hours?
What if corrupted or missing files could heal themselves before anyone even noticed?
To make that real, we had to build something most people told us was impossible: an application-specific blockchain, custom modules, JS libraries, auto-healing storage network that proves every file on-chain every 12 hours.
It was a brutal 4 year grind. It was worth it.
Becuase every year, the world loses $8 trillion to downtime.
That's more than the GDP of every country on earth except the US and China.
The mission is simple. Make data immortal and businesses unkillable.
If that's a mission you care about, whether you're an MSP, IT lead, or founder who's tired of worrying about recovery, reach out.
We'll get you onboarded to @RespawnData.

The more we dig the more we realize, backups are the biggest lie in IT.
“our backups ran successfully last night.” Green checkmark. Job complete. Sleep tight.
Cool. but the backup part doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is recovery. And guess what? 50–58% of restores fail????
I spent years in the digital forensics and investigations space watching businesses die from this exact problem.
Hospitals delaying patient care. Manufacturers missing shipments. CEOs thinking they were safe… until the moment they needed to restore.
Half the time? Dead on arrival. Corrupted, incomplete, inaccessible. And then the lawsuits start.
Not some niche issue. Failed recovery costs businesses $8 trillion every single year. That’s bigger than the GDP of every country except the US and China. The dumbest way civilization bleeds money.
The backup industry doesn’t want you to know this. Because they’ve been selling “insurance” that doesn’t pay out when you file a claim.
It's why we built Respawn. We don’t trust a green checkmark. We cryptographically verify every backup, every day, on-chain. Proofs that can’t be faked. Receipts you can show your board.
So when shit hits the fan, you don’t cross your fingers. You recover. Instantly.

The Plan, @Jackal_Protocol & @RespawnData.
Every company, hospital, school, and government depends on data. And yet...
50-58% of backups dont successfully restore when needed.
Half of businesses dont test their DR plans annually.
60% of businesses die within six months of critical data loss.
Cybercrime costs the world $10.5 trillion annually. 83% of that cost is downtime and lost productivity, not ransoms and theft.
This is insane. We built digital civilization on the assumption that backups will work without proving they do.
The mission is simple. Make data immortal and businesses unkillable.
Here's the plan:
Step 1. Build the first provable recovery system. A copy of every file, every mailbox, every server verifiably secure every 12 hours onchain. Proof instead of hope by driving data in size to the @Jackal_Protocol. (Done)
Step 2. Expand across the SaaS ecosystem. We're launching with office 365, google workspace, and slack integrations. Then salesforce, github, aws, and every platform that holds the worlds knowledge.
3. Create the global recovery network. Hospitals, law firms, governments, enterprises. Respawn becomes the backbone that keeps critical systems online, no matter what.
4. Make provable recovery universal. In the long term, every byte of human knowledge will be continuously tested, verified, and recoverable. Data loss will feel as archaic as dial-up internet.
Id bet that you won't be able to get compliant or cyber insurance without provable recovery in 5 years.
We're planting our flag here because businesses are already dying from failed recovery. Because downtime already costs trillions. Because the current solutions dont innovate and no one is fixing it.
Here we go.

$Giko Neko isn’t just a grumpy ASCII cat—he’s a symbol of internet history when the web was wild, anonymous, deeply creative, and not yet commercialized.
Giko embodied the raw, unfiltered voice of early internet users—sarcastic, jaded, and brilliant in short bursts.
Unlike polished corporate mascots, Giko was handmade by the crowd, glitchy and rough—perfect for an anti-mainstream, DIY web culture.
He was a tool for trolling, flaming, and comic relief in 2ch threads, often deployed with minimal effort and maximal effect.
Giko gave faceless users a repeatable avatar, much like modern meme reaction faces. He was used, reused, warped, and remixed thousands of times.
Giko helped shape the identity of anonymous forums like 2chan and 4chan, directly influencing the tone and meme logic of global internet culture.
Giko wasn’t “created” in the traditional sense—he emerged, as spontaneous folklore, built by collective imagination and keyboard art.
His world—2channel and AA threads—was part of an era when the web felt like a secret society, where users spoke in codes and memes only insiders understood.
Before monetization, influence farming, and SEO, there was Giko: a pixelated scream into the void that got echoed back a thousand different ways.
