URGENT ACTION NEEDED: Tell #lalege to vote NO on SB 8! Dissolution of independent oversight is the exact opposite of fair and impartial representation. The bill is being heard on the Senate floor TODAY. #NOSB8
ACT NOW: Public defense is severely underfunded but rather than dedicate $$$, SB 8 will dissolve the board that oversees the system & install a single governor appointee - the same state prosecuting people. A FOX GUARDING THE HENHOUSE.
