I got tired of browsing reddit for business ideas, so I vibecoded a web scrapping tool that gathers ideas from the internet.

We published over 1,000 videos for clients last year (including 600 long-form).
Team size? Just 9 people.
We don't burn out. We just follow a map.
Here is the exact workflow we use to run a 7-figure content operation 🧵👇
4. The Repurposing Engine
The long-form video is just the seed.
• AI Transcription
• Select Viral Moments
• Extract & Edit Shorts
This turns 1 video into 10 assets efficiently.
The biggest lie in creative hiring is the "Full Stack Video Editor".
When I started scaling Frameforge, I made the same mistake most founders do. I tried to hire "Generalists".
I wanted one person who was:
- An amazing storyteller (Editor)
- An amazing technical artist (Animator)
- An amazing audio engineer (Sound Designer)
Here is the problem: These are three completely different skill sets. Finding someone who is a 10/10 in all three is statistically impossible. Usually, you get a 5/10 editor who is a 3/10 animator.
(Obviously, there are exceptions, and I've been fortunate enough to have hired a few myself - but finding them was extremely hard)
The result? "Mid" content and slow turnaround times.
So we broke the model.
Instead of one person struggling to be good at everything, we have three people being excellent at one thing.
Why this wins on logistics:
- Parallel Processing: While the animator is building assets, the editor is already cutting the next video. The timeline never stops moving.
- Resource Allocation: If a project is heavy on 3D motion, I can deploy my best animator instantly without pulling an editor off their timeline.
- Quality Control: An animator will always make better graphics than a video editor who "knows a little After Effects."
The Result:
- Last year, a team of 5 creatives shipped 600+ videos.
- The quality went up (because experts did the work).
- The speed went up (because nobody was context-switching).
If you want to scale, stop looking for unicorns. Build a system that lets specialists shine.

Good discussion with CEOs today in Davos.
Europe has all the assets it needs to attract investment.
From capital to innovation.
We’re working on mobilising them fully.
Soon, we’ll put forward a single set of rules for companies to scale and grow across Europe - EU Inc.
Because we need European champions for a global market.
We are also working on a large-scale, deep and liquid capital market that attracts a wide range of investors.
An interconnected and affordable energy market.
And we’re shifting our focus to the high value sectors - from AI to defence.
My message is: Europe is the right place to invest.
Why The Creator Economy Talent Market is Broken...
I've been a professional in the creator economy for nearly 10 years. Here's my take on why the market is broken. What's your take on it?
Stop hiring video editors.
Most entrepreneurs think the bottleneck is editing. So they hire a freelancer.
Then they spend 10 hours reviewing drafts, spotting errors, picking music, and fixing pacing. You didn't hire help...
You gave yourself a part-time job as a Creative Director.
If you're running a business, you don't have time to police transitions, cuts, or music. You likely don't even know why an edit feels off -- you just know it’s wrong.
Stop looking for an Editor. Look for an Operator.
- The Editor waits for instructions.
- The Operator owns the outcome.
- The Editor cuts footage.
- The Operator builds the machine.
Hire the person who manages the process, so you can get back to managing the business.

Why do 90% of companies fail at creating good content that converts?
Their ideas suck.
Here's a list of 5 companies doing it right
5. Skill-Capped
They run online courses for League of Legends, Valorant, WoW. But their channel gives away a lot of their best stuff: patch breakdowns, tutorials, free samples of paid content.
It’s a smart move, as it builds trust and shows the value of their full product.
Lesson: Don’t hoard your content. Give people a taste and they’ll want more.
