A driver struck 2 cyclists on Milwaukee, possibly intentionally. One of the cyclists broke the windshield during the incident was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor. The driver got a ticket. chi.streetsblog.org/2019/04/… @activetrans @thechainlinkorg @bikelaneuprise @ChiCritMass
