🩷On May 30th, I made a public records request for all communications between city & county officials regarding the Sergeant Snuggles Case.
🩷 Today- almost FOUR months later, I got my documents.
🩷 Case Background:
Snuggles, a 1 yr old puppy, has been confined in a cement cell for over TEN MONTHS while his family fights his euthanasia order, for a 1st time bite incident of grandma on private property- yet tax payer dollars have been wasted by Roni Byrne & co to make sure Snuggles is put to death.
🩷 New Info:
Roni Byrne refused a written offer back in May, by an aggressive dog sanctuary to take Snuggles out of Arizona- an offer both PACC & the Deputy County Administrator seemed on board with as a solution.
The family is fighting back, filed lawsuits in both state and federal court.
🚨How to Help🚨:
Keep the pressure on these government officials- ask that they negotiate with the family & LET SNUGGLES GO HOME

If a private citizen did this to their dog, your office would prosecute them for animal abuse. The government and PACC, should not be above the law.
This started with one *FIRST-TIME bite of a family member on the family's own property- the public was NEVER at risk*
The person who was bitten (Grandma) is not pressing charges, and has formally informed the BOS and the Court of this fact in addition to her wish for Snuggles to come home.
He has now been held longer than many people serve for far more serious offenses, and the case is still tied up in appeals.
The protocol is broken.
A dog should not be destroyed, or slowly destroyed through long-term isolation, over a single provoked incident while the legal process drags on for more than a year.
Continuing this serves no public safety purpose.
Please settle this case and release Snuggles to his family or to one of the rescues that have offered to take him.
Use this as the moment to fix a system that allows a dog to be subjected to such abuse like this while the legal system drags out.

Snuggles' family isn't backing down. Their legal team just filed the opening brief challenging the destruction order.
Now the other side has 40 days to respond.
That's 40 more days of Snuggles still here and still fighting, with his family in his corner the whole way.

Still a small account, but I had 5 followers (probably bots), when @thestoicplumber reached out and said “hey, I see you. WE see you.” And he made me a card. I don’t know why. I didn’t feel like I deserved it. I’d been trying to spread truth on Facebook to no avail, and finally got back into my x account. On X, I was a “nobody”, pfft and didn’t care.
I’ll never forget that moment of feeling not alone anymore. Not just alone in sending messages of Truth anymore. Just, not alone.
Within a short time, I began connecting with others who are now my family, a connection so pure, true, and deep, it’s inexplicable other than the word familia:
I get sappy remembering it, but here’s my testimony on this topic: The night I found (Kev) Stoic, I was crying after another cutoff from family. I had my hand around an almost empty handle of Tito’s. I never was a drinker, didn’t even have my first drink until 28- and even then it was on special occasions.
Facing the truth of the amount of evil in this world drove me to into drinking things away. I was angry. So angry and so frustrated that no matter how I tried to explain things, no one would listen. The “friend” list shrank. Getting banned continued.
And then, Stoic didn’t know, but he scooped me up, and helped me find my people, so I wasn’t alone anymore.
I went from an angry F-bomb patriot back to my soul centered, Jesus loving Creation.
God uses His people. For such a time as appointed.

In Oregon 3.38 million registered voters. Democrats 989,000, Republicans 738,000, & non-affiliated voters 1.15 million. Dems in 2021 gave themselves 21 days to "cure" ballots. 12,000 ballots which would not be out there if we had in-person, in-precinct, one day voting.

I blew the whistle on IT up in Washington State's DSHS; and if I'm in office the IT Guys cannot continue to be a secret. The IT guys in DSHS just obeyed whatever the unelected failed managers told them to do.

Praying to Jesus Snuggles would be the best taken care of dog at the shelter with all the food, water and walks he needs. May he be healthy without any need for medication. May he receive more than adequate attention and be the "favorite dog" at the shelter. May your angels protect dear Snuggles and may he be happy and hopeful. May Snuggles feel the prayers of God's people. May the shelter write up a report that attests to Snuggles' gentle, loving spirit.
