IT TAKES WHAT IT TAKES
Don't wish it were easier.
Don't shortchange it.
Don't complain about it.
Don't blame someone else.
Commit to doing what it takes.
Make the necessary investments.
Enthusiastically attack the challenges.
Take full responsibility to get the job done.
