“Putin would be crazy to attack,” said Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski [@radeksikorski] at the Warsaw Security Forum, contending that the combined military strength of Poland and its neighbors would deter Russian aggression.
Sikorski recalled 1939, when Poland had international law on its side but lacked the military power to defend itself.

💬 Putin is destroying Russia’s future because he has already spent most of the country’s sovereign reserve fund. He is selling off Russia’s gold reserves.
His new budget includes cuts to investment in infrastructure, healthcare, and education.
And for what? To have the right to dominate a supposedly brotherly nation.
So Kyiv is supposedly a Russian city, therefore we will destroy it.

❗️ Uwaga. W związku z aktywnością lotnictwa dalekiego zasięgu Federacji Rosyjskiej, wykonującego uderzenia na terytorium Ukrainy, rozpoczęło się operowanie lotnictwa wojskowego w polskiej przestrzeni powietrznej.
Zgodnie z obowiązującymi procedurami Dowództwo Operacyjne RSZ poprzez Centrum Operacji Powietrznych - Dowództwo Komponentu Powietrznego uruchomiło niezbędne siły i środki pozostające w dyspozycji. Naziemne systemy obrony powietrznej oraz rozpoznania radiolokacyjnego osiągnęły stan gotowości.
Działania te mają charakter prewencyjny i są ukierunkowane na zabezpieczenie przestrzeni powietrznej i jej ochronę, zwłaszcza w rejonach przyległych do zagrożonych obszarów.
Dowództwo Operacyjne RSZ monitoruje bieżącą sytuację, a podległe siły i środki pozostają w gotowości do reakcji.
