Our colleagues at @TheCriminalBar have overwhelmingly voted for industrial action. 94.34% of the 1,908 members that voted have demanded the @MoJGovUK safeguard the long-term sustainability of the Criminal Bar, otherwise ‘no returns’ will commence on 11th April 2022.

CVP request because counsel has no fuel. HHJ refuses and asks for proof of the amount of fuel left and the number of garages visited. When 15 are listed, CVP is still refused, Counsel will now borrow her husband’s car, using the last of his fuel. No wonder good will has run out.
