We have about 35 kids in our org between the 22 and 24 class that will be college baseball players at some level. The ones that stand out BY FAR are the strongest. You wanna run fast? Get strong. You wanna throw hard? Get strong. You wanna hit it hard? Get strong. Strength plays.

If you struggle to throw strikes it has NOTHING to do with mechanics...
And EVERYTHING to do with you THINKING it's MECHANICS.
Miss high - aim lower
Miss right - aim left
We've created an entire generation of OVER-thinking pitching Mech-Addicts.

Don’t be the high school athlete who needs to be micromanaged. The real growth happens when you’re willing to do the work YOURSELF without being told by parents & coaches. Are you “invested or interested?” Shoutout to @CoachGoodale for the inspiration!

Mac Jones is a great example of why it’s maybe best as a QB to be patient and wait your turn at a school that knows how to develop you. He didn’t run because he was behind Jalen/Tua. Trusted the process, worked on his craft with a great staff, and it all paid off

Can't think of very many better Hall of Fame classes for our area of the state than what @TV_Athletics had last night. Congratulations to @CoachNDavisOL, @ShaynaAnn12 and Alyssa Rothwell.
