I'm not supposed to take otc meds for flu/colds, muscle spasms, nausea & sleep aids. Due to my epilepsy & bipolar disorder meds.
My Partner even put them away, besides the Buckley's syrup cos that's just basically herbs. I found them & been using them.

I just wanted to breathe thru my nose & stop coughing my brains out cos my ribs were hurting. 🤒
I can't double dose my sleep meds. So I'm eating a cheese pizza pop & getting paranoid at the creaks & sounds of the old apartment. 🫤
I'm currently regretting my choices to take otc cold/flu meds. I'm really sensitive to the impurities of otc allergy meds, especially dyphenhydramine.
I feel nervous, a bit hypnotized & dehydrated, extremely thirsty & exhausted but with insomnia.
They don't gel w/my psych meds.

I'm so sad our city doesn't let us feed them anymore. I used to feed them defrosted frozen peas. Ducks are one of my fave animals ever. 🦆 I love the way they sound when they breathe. 🥰
Yes, very old school roux tecgnique but I don't like wheat flour for thickening. Just cornstarch, stock & a little splash of wine while roasting the meat to get the drippings & meat juices all incorporated before straining for the gravy.
