#GEDIvis @GEDI_Knights Here my modest app to visualize #GEDI data in Colombia: a) individual shoots, b) aggregated by ecosystem, c) on a geographical and dimensional space, and d) on 3D plot in reference to a veg height map by a college: 🧵👇 http://13.92.29.109:3838/gedivis

d). Clip a raster height veg map of Colombia (in prep for a friend, not my map) and then see on a 3D plot how GEDI points are located in reference to the map. Click where GEDI points exist using the orbits layer (red and blue) #GEDIvis @GEDI_Knights
