Haven't seen this in decades. The page that changed the course of my career. I originally wrote a 6 panel conference. 15 word balloons. It became 2 panels, the balloons mashed together, a shot of a planet instead of characters & close-ups. After this I drew- I almost quit comics
The script went to an inexpensive overseas studio. There was no editorial oversight, no corrections, no opportunity to re-write to the art (I didn't see the comic until it was in print).
