And they woke up to comparing themselves with the worse of states.
For their mind, they’re putting up a defence.
What a pity

But if we talk, they tell us we’re bastards and we should go and look at states that are worse off. They want us to use lesser states as standards that they’re doing better.
I grew up with pipe borne water.
We’re now sinking boreholes & providing gen to support our hometown.

It’s intentional, they purposely weaponized poverty against us. This is where we the youths should have come together.
This is exactly why we are asking the questions we are asking. To find out.

Sorry if I sounded like I'm comparing Ekiti to Ogun state, I was only asking why SW govt build Agro cargo and there are barely large plantation that produce agro-allied produce/product that will make the airports functional consistently while empowering youths at the same time

The onus of these talks is that EKITI SHOULD BE MORE than what it is currently, but some folks are making it about hating the state.
Even if my father were the Governor of d state, I'd proudly defend him, but will not invalidate d concerns of people calling out his shortfalls

I am from Erio Ekiti.
Some families also bear the surname in Ado Ekiti, Aramoko, and Ilesha (Osun State)

I have no issue when they speak against government
We should be able to segregate the role of the government and the attack on Ekiti
Some people are attacking Ekiti
Ekiti won't be misinterpreted in a world where AI pick information from the internet and uses it as a source

As simple as that. Let everyone hold their leaders accountable.
Leave us to hold ours, go and hold your own.

Then it became a situation of their “bad” is “badder” than our own so let us celebrate because we have lesser evil when in truth both are evil.

I listened to a space they ran yesterday and I understood them better.
I’ve never supported any politician or political party in my life but whoever is on the seat of power should ensure basic infrastructure reaches everyone.
It’s an EMILOKAN orientation they’re exhibiting.

One was insulting me as if my realities and her own are the same.
How can I live as a young boy in Ekiti with pipe borne water but today, after 30 yrs of existence, there’s nothing like that?
Where then is the progress after they’ve claimed to spend millions of $$??
Ko ye mi.
