Today I turn 88…I’ve seen some serious shit. The most serious of it all is love. I love my family, my friends, and my wonderful fans. The power of love remains.

NEW: The Pentagon has granted the Department of Homeland Security permission to test a heat ray weapon at the southern border. The military-grade heat ray can shoot an invisible beam of electromagnetic waves at potential intruders. The weapon can reach people more than half a mile away, according to the United States military. According to the Pentagon, the heat ray weapon is non-lethal but causes a burning sensation on the skin that can last between 10 and 15 minutes. The weapon sends an uncomfortable tingling effect on a potential intruder, generating "an instinctive and irresistible urge to run from the effect." Officials say the feeling is similar to the blast of heat you receive when you open up a hot oven.

She really thought she’d have a life with Ralph. RIP Tracey…
Silvio Dante wasn’t about to let Ralph Cifaretto disrespect him at the Bada Bing. When Tracey misses three days of work, Silvio confronts Ralph, who tries to brush him off. But the real tension goes deeper: Ralph owes money, refuses to cooperate, and acts like nobody can tell him what to do. Silvio quickly reminds him that being a made man doesn’t put him above the rules or above the people he answers to. Ralph had a big mouth but was he finally pushing the wrong buttons?

Tom Hardy in THE DROP (2014), calmly dismantling a guy who thinks he can intimidate him. Bob barely changes his expression, but the entire energy of the scene shifts the moment he decides he’s had enough. Hardy makes quiet menace look effortless.
What are the greatest “you have absolutely no idea who you’re messing with” scenes in movie history? When some arrogant punk picks a fight with the wrong person and realizes far too late that they’re completely out of their depth. The bar fight in JACK REACHER and the biker bar scene in TERMINATOR 2 are perfect examples. What other scenes belong on this list?

Tony ordering Richie to build Beansie a ramp is hilarious because Richie seems physically incapable of doing a favor without turning it into a personal insult. Tony is trying to settle a problem without letting it grow into something bigger. Richie ran over Beansie and left him seriously injured, so the ramp is a small way of making things right. But Richie sees the whole thing as an attack on his pride, as if being asked to help the man he hurt somehow makes him look weak. That’s Richie’s biggest problem. He wants everyone to respect him as an old-school gangster, but he treats even the simplest act of accountability like an unbearable humiliation. Tony understands that running a crew means managing egos as much as money. Richie, meanwhile, seems determined to make every disagreement a test of authority. The funny part is that building a ramp should be the easiest problem Richie has to deal with. Somehow, he still manages to make it dangerous. Source:
