Check out my other account @NFTsatHome for a focus on art I’m currently drawing. For now, a lot of it is ‘inspired’ by existing art + Algo projects I love. I’ll try more original stuff down the road. 😂 #algonfts #algonft #algorand #algo #algorandnfts #algorandnft #algofam

I’m gonna call bullshit on the idea that Josh Allen would have had a better situation if he’d joined the Browns. The Bills were 9-7 in 2017 while the Browns were 0-16.
Replying to @MDSmalls23
AFC north QB made in a lab Also rebuke the “Browns would’ve ruined him” stuff He would’ve had a better supporting cast in Cleveland to start than the one he had in buffalo.

In 2011, The Detroit News interviewed 12 former Michigan players about Ohio State's "Tattoogate" scandal. Each was asked if the scandal had tainted Ohio State's decade-long run of dominance. 11 said yes, ripping the "immoral" and "corrupt" Buckeyes in their responses. 1 said no, passionately defending the legitimacy of their rival's reign. Mike Hart - still Michigan's all-time leading rusher - went to bat for the Bucks. Hart could have been bitter. He went 0-4 vs. Ohio State, averaging only 65.5 yards per game in 4 starts. Often brash and prodigiously vocal, Hart saw his humbling become a source of mockery in Columbus. 4 years of losing and Buckeye taunting later, Hart had their backs. Every other Wolverine on record had crushed Ohio State for their tattoo mishap. Most dismissed the legitimacy of the Buckeyes' long run of success in the years preceding the scandal. Mike Hart thought it was all nonsense. He argued OSU's success would only be tainted under 2 conditions: 1. If Jim Tressel had paid high school recruits to attend OSU, or otherwise materially violated the recruiting process. 2. If OSU's violations involved on-field cheating in games. In Tattoogate, Buckeye players had been busted for trading their own goods for services. They weren't recruits induced by impermissible benefits. They were enrolled students, already playing for Ohio State. More importantly to Hart, the Buckeye violations were not related to on-field cheating. "Selling their stuff for tattoos isn't making them better players on the field," Hart said. "There wasn't any cheating on the field." Hart conceded the Buckeyes broke rules and had to be punished. But because their violations did not lure players to the school and did not involve cheating on the field of play, the Buckeyes' success was pure and untarnished. Mike Hart was the only Wolverine defending Ohio State in 2011. He knew the Buckeyes were clean. And that the only programs with "tainted titles" are those that cheat in recruiting, or on the field of play... ************ A decade later, Mike Hart returned to Ann Arbor as an assistant coach. In September 2023, a Rutgers staffer called Hart and told him Stalions was going further than anyone else in the sport to steal signs. Disturbed by what he heard, Hart took it to defensive coordinator Jesse Minter. Later, Michigan's own 137-page response to the NCAA named Hart as one of three coaches who had been told something was off. The filing does not say what Minter did with it. Stalions stayed and the illegal scheme continued without interruption. Four months later, Jim Harbaugh left for the NFL. Michigan declined to renew Hart's contract. He was the only coach on the ’23 staff not welcome back. ************ Jim Harbaugh is barred from college football until August 2038. Four years for the recruiting case, then ten more for the scouting scheme, stacked back to back. No one in the sport's history has been banned longer. Michigan football staffers from the 2021-2023 seasons have been fired or suspended for misconduct on 24 separate occasions. The school was fined over $30 million for cheating violations, shattering the previous NCAA record of $8 million. (Tennessee) In a 2011 firestorm, Mike Hart was the only one who defended Jim Tressel's Buckeyes. He knew what actual cheating looked like. When he saw it within his own program, he tried to stop it. The school did nothing, then kicked one of its greatest players ever to the curb. Respect, Mike Hart.

Here's a fun game: Ask your gut how many people were "liberated" from the Bastille Then google the real answer

#Browns?????
The #Titans are waiving QB Will Levis, source says. Tennessee had been open to trading Levis for some time, and in the end, both sides move on.

This also shows us that Dee, Jimmy, AB literally learned nothing from 2024. Fans booing DW4 & cheering his injury was very predictable d/t the ongoing extremely terrible play and org propaganda that “he gave us the best chance to win”…sorry, we have eyes.
Why are people trying to defend the QB1 decision by saying we should trust Todd Monken and he knows what’s best? Both Monken and Deshaun Watson have stated multiple times that this would be and was an organizational decision. Watson on Saturday: "The organization, Jimmy and Dee, AB and Coach Monken, is going to make that decision for the organization." Monken on Monday: "I think any major decision is an organizational decision…We talked about it. We had conversations about it, and we landed on this." Stop listening to people running cover for this organization making the next in a long line of poor decisions. Even if Monken truly did want Watson to be QB1, the decision was never his alone to make.

imo the real issue is that DW4 took zero accountability for his terrible play & instead ripped into the fans & antagonized the fans. And there were zero consequences. The team’s relationship with the fans is being poisoned & it’s only gonna get worse. This was poor leadership.
For me, this is less about who starts at quarterback and more about trusting the man you hired. Todd Monken has spent decades in football, as an assistant coach, a head coach and an offensive coordinator. He has earned this opportunity through his experience and success. I’m not going to discredit his expertise simply because the quarterback fans wanted isn’t starting. The Browns hired Monken to lead this team, so let him do his job. In the end, it’s his job and reputation on the line. If the decision doesn’t work, the responsibility falls on him. I would feel exactly the same way if Sanders had been named the starter. This isn’t about Watson or Sanders for me. It’s about allowing the head coach to make the football decisions he believes give his team the best chance to win. That’s how successful organizations are built in any line of work: hire strong leaders, trust them to build a quality staff and give them the freedom to create a winning environment. Leadership is lonely. Decisions like this are difficult, and ultimately, it’s your you-know-what on the line. Let’s see what happens.

Even though Watson is a terrible person and a terrible quarterback, the fan base STILL boos him. Hard to believe.

Why is it an indictment of Monken? Cuz there’s the last 4 years of tape showing that Watson is not a guy that gives you a “chance to win”…and because Watson looked bad on Saturday against guys that will be working at the Citgo in two weeks. 🤷‍♂️
Why is this an indictment of Todd Monken? He picked the guy he thinks gives him the best chance to win? That’s Watson. Neither one is a great choice. Watch a lot of college tape if you are a Browns fan.

The last HC who publicly opined that DW4 gave them the best chance of winning got rightfully fired…and he was fucking wrong. Monken’s gonna look like a dumbass when Watson continues to be a head-case terrible QB. 🤷‍♂️
I think Monken, as a rookie coach, values Watson's experience more than anything. He probably gives the Browns the best chance to win. That might go against what the front office/ownership prioritizes in this moment. Watson, to me, had the edge going into Saturday -- pre storm.

The decision for the Browns came down to the full body of work—Deshaun Watson was better and more consistent over time before a tough day Saturday, and practiced well against the Bills on Thursday. The other thing that I've said all along, it's easier to go from Watson to Sanders than the other way around. If this doesn't work, Cleveland can pivot. Also, Sanders took the news in stride this morning. Was smiling as it was emphasized to him that he play the long game here, said that he got it.

Come on Q…you gotta get over whatever this thing is you have against Baker. He had an arm literally falling out of socket. Of course he was bad.
I remember contract year “chip on his shoulder” baker mayfield his last year in Cleveland he might throw us a dub
