I help to run big machines that take the lego bricks of the universe, make them go super duper fast, and then smash them together to see what happens.

The rewriting of 2016 needs challenging.
❌ The referendum ballot did NOT ask: “Should Britain end freedom of movement?”
It asked whether Britain should remain in or leave the EU.
Nothing about leaving the Single Market.
Nothing about the customs union.
Nothing about ending free movement.
And during the referendum prominent Brexit campaigners openly cited Norway and Switzerland as models for Britain outside the EU.
🇳🇴 Norway is in the Single Market and accepts free movement.
The Leave coalition contained several completely different versions of Brexit. The public was never asked to choose between them.
So it is simply not accurate to retrospectively turn 17.4 million Leave votes into 17.4 million votes specifically against free movement.
That interpretation came afterwards.
And if Britain is now deciding what relationship it wants with Europe, voters are perfectly entitled to decide again with the actual choices made explicit.

7⃣ Nigel Farage passionately defended the idea that we could be like Norway, a Single Market country, in 2016.
No man can ever satisfy a 30+ woman.
It's impossible.
Think about it, King.
What hasn't she done? Who hasn't she been with? Where hasn't she been? Which man's car hasn't she entered? What restaurant hasn't she eaten at? What hotel hasn't she lodged in?
She has seen it all. Felt it all. Tasted it all.
Now you want to come at 35 with your genuine love & think you can make her happy? You are competing with 15 years of different men, different trips, different lifestyles, different emotions.
You will never be enough. You will be her retirement plan, not her prime choice.
Bro, don't do it to yourself.

Here we have the Leader of the tory party, using her time to go a tv show to complain that the leader of the Labour party made time to go on a tv show to raise money for cancer charities.
Happy Friday
" I just don't know how he's got the time"
Conservative Party leader Kemi Badenoch has questioned how the PM has time to go on TV show, Gogglebox, during her appearance on @BBCBreakfast

Quite right. 1 bottle is nowhere near enough.
Isn't it a bit early for poppy outrage season?
Fury as BBC Breakfast presenters fail to wear poppies despite launch of annual Poppy Appeal - unlike their ITV and Sky rivals trib.al/kPBOQ1C

Not an ai apocalypse doomer or whatever, but entering a world where the normal operation of cybersecurity is vast swarms of hacker bots battling vast swarms of defender bots 24/7 at a scale beyond human comprehension doesn't seem like a *great* path forward.
The fascist society is an idyllic utopia, we know that because that's how it's shown in their propaganda.
Since the discourse has kicked off, let's analyze this.
What exactly is "evil" about the Federation in Starship Troopers? To specify, we're talking strictly the movie version, here:
>low crime
>purely egalitarian
>booming economy
>complete political and military transparency
>is purely reactive in starting wars with it's neighbors
Even the voting rights are completely equal. Everyone has a chance to earn it equally, and no one is denied those rights selectively. No one is discriminated against.
But we all know what is "evil" about it. You saw Doogie Howser in a trench coat and hat and your brain ticked it off as "the ick" so you just went from there. Because 'evil' and 'fascism' are just vibes to you people, not action and ideology.
I am very much in favour of this pivot to women's health. He's still being super weird, but he's found someone equally weird and they're going to do something excellent together as a result.
"There's a cycle lane available, but if I ignore it I can piss people off and complain about what happens. I'm the good guy in this story, by the way."
Murica is so weird. Stopping for a bus on the other side of the road is mandatory, but buying your kid the device to shoot its occupants is an essential freedom.
🛑 Watch what our troopers observed—a driver failing to stop for a school bus.
You make the choice—not our troopers. Choose to violate the law, and you will be held accountable.
Pay attention. Stop for school buses. Protect our kids.

A remarkable number of men are proud to advertise that they're so fragile they'd need protection from a small woman gently pushing their arm.
That, or they're abusers desperate for any excuse. Often the same people, of course.
The worst part of this is that you can tell she's scared he'll do something else, but still wants to get in there and do her job.

What all this fuss in France shows is that the French are really just crying out for the wise guidance of their one true anointed King.

If Russia stops bombing Ukraine then Ukraine will stop bombing Russia.
If Ukraine stops bombing Russia,
Russia will keep bombing Ukraine.
Why can’t people see this? Russia is the problem.
"Women are human" is a fucking low bar for feminism, but I guess it's a step in the right direction.
Ridiculous hyperbole aside, the fact we have functional healthcare systems and workers rights are probably a key part of us using less medication.
