Your torso and posture have a massive influence on: PATH - how your barrel travels to and through the hitting zone
ADJUSTABILITY - your ability to handle different pitch speeds and locations Stay over the plate through your turn

MLB hitter using a two strike approach! Beautiful. Facing elite velocity … with 0-2 count, he implements a “no stride” approach perfectly. His personal adjustment. Allows him to be efficiently short and compact to the ball. Wins the at bat. TURN UP the volume📣💥and listen to announcers share some insight as to why this was so valuable in a recent big win. @CoachTaberM @DirtBroUSA

Posture matters Hold your angles throughout the swing: ✅Butt behind your heels
✅Chest over the plate Get INTO good posture and STAY THERE as you rotate. Your posture helps determine how your barrel works. Stay in posture → barrel can stay through the hitting zone. Come out of posture → barrel comes out of the hitting zone. It isn't about rotating as fast as possible. It’s how fast can you rotate while maintaining great posture and staying over the plate. Turn fast. Hold your angles. Keep the barrel working through the zone.
