It’s this mentality that has allowed me (a person without a formal engineering degree) to design and lead the build of various fluid systems at SpaceX. Working shoulder to shoulder on a highly productive engineering team servicing Falcon, Dragon and Starship.
So many of us poured countless hours into the hardware that got Pad 40 to this cadence—so we could stack as many Starlinks into orbit as possible.
Now we double down on Starship at the Cape.
Can’t wait for you all to see what’s next.
This morning’s @SpaceX mission from pad 40 was the last planned Falcon 9 Starlink launch from Florida (and it launched on the fleet leading booster!!), marking the end of an era for these launches on the East Coast. From here on, Starlink missions out of Florida will fly on Starship. The West Coast team will continue regularly launching Starlink from Vandenberg.
Super proud of this incredible team. You’ve made Falcon 9 the most reliable launch vehicle in history. You also helped build the largest low-Earth orbit satellite constellation providing connectivity to millions around the world, and you’ve set the foundation for what’s next.
In the last seven years, Falcon has flown ~260 Starlink missions from the Cape… can’t wait until we launch that and many more with Starship!

After being at SpaceX for 18 months, I don’t think I’ll ever be able to work anywhere else. No one moves faster or is more determined to win than we are. Business is the ultimate professional sport and we’re playing for the championship every single day
Wow… I just fed Grok a structural drawing of a building and got a usable STEP file back in minutes.
On a whim, I then gave it the requirements for routing gas throughout the building and it drafted a plumbing model for me as well.
SpaceXers! Post your favorite meme you’ve used or seen at work. I need to bolster my response folder.
Must obviously be a meme.
Don’t provide any context. Nothing negative or revealing.
Moments like this show SpaceX at its best: rallying talent from across the company to take on the ambitious projects.
We should normalize fluid engineers rocking 90s NASCAR jackets covered in our favorite valve manufacturers.
Instantly know which valves we’re about to convince you are the best.

It’s past midnight and I just walked out of our shop on Robert’s Road at the Cape.
For the first time, as I walked to my car, it’s starting to feel like Starbase.
It should be quiet… but it’s not. Quite the opposite—it’s almost a sensory overload.
There are lights and sounds in every direction. Dozens of busy bees working all their own major project.
The banging of sheet metal from contractors erecting new structures.
The buzzing of angle grinders reshaping steel.
The sizzle of welders making somethings from nothing.
The chatter of boil-off and the steady hum of pipelines flowing gases for ops buried deep in the shops.
Buildings so large you can’t truly grasp the scale, no matter how close you stand.
Now all we need are a few Starships and Boosters.
…and a Tiki bar.

I’ve never been on the NYSE trading floor, but I imagine today’s energy there wasn’t too different from what we felt in the office. Big moves, massive vibes. 📈🚀
$SPCX doing its thing, yet here I am debating over spending a dollar for a Twix bar from the SpaceX employee break room.
Should I do it?
I think Jared is always down to have open forum discussions like this because he’s so continuously locked in with NASA’s and contractors state of affairs.
I’d be shocked if he has to do homework before a speech. He just genuinely loves what he’s doing for our country.
What a ride! Shout out to all my fellow SpaceXers.
$SPCX to the moon! and then Mars!
