The state of Washington is hiding runaway children (from any state) from their parents and facilitating so-called “gender-affirming” treatment behind their backs. No family should have to face the terror of having a child run away from home and hidden by the state. The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to hear this case on December 7. We’re asking the Court to protect families and their children before irreversible damage has been done. We are grateful to partner with Gene Schaerr (@SchaerrJaffeLlp) on this important case. Thank you for having us, @PointofViewRTS!

When Liberty University student Bethany Hall switched her major from “Music Education” to “Music & Worship,” the state disqualified her from a $5,000 yearly grant. We’re asking the U.S. Supreme Court to reverse a 2004 decision (Locke v. Davey) that allows state-funded scholarships to exclude religious majors. It is our honor to work alongside lead counsel Steve Fitschen (@NationalLegalFn), Claybrook LLC, @tpllaw, and @ADFLegal on this case. Thank you for having us, @PointofViewRTS!

Because of Valerie’s courage, employees with University of Michigan Health will not be required to use pronouns or perform gender transition procedures that violate their religious beliefs. We are so proud of Valerie for standing up for her faith! It has been our honor to fight for her religious freedom. Thank you for having us, @PointofViewRTS!
