I want to address something I keep hearing from investors: "Are you going to consolidate?" No. Here's what's actually happening. We've applied for the NYSE, and we're through the pathway. We were hoping the stock would naturally get to $2 USD, which it honestly should have after our met results. But it hasn't, and I think consolidation fear is part of what's holding people back. So let me be clear: if you're waiting for a rollback discount, that trade doesn't exist. We're releasing our Mineral Resource Estimate in Q3 - probably July. Then the PEA comes end of Q4. One of the biggest risks investors underweight in mining is infrastructure. You can have the best deposit in the world - if it's in the middle of nowhere with no power and no roads, you're looking at a decade of capex before you produce an ounce. I want to talk about something that's been on my mind. We forecast 80% metallurgical recoveries at Lion. We got 95% across the board. Lock cycle testing with SGS, the industry leader. That blew past our internal expectations by a lot. Analysts are estimating somewhere between 8 to 13 million tons at 5 to 7% copper equivalent. You drop met recoveries like that on top of those numbers and you'd think the market would react. It didn't. So we listened. Maybe they need a 43-101. Maybe they need a PEA. Fine. We've stepped on the gas and we're targeting the PEA for the fall. That will be a landmark moment - it'll be undeniable at that point just how valuable this ore body is and what kind of internal rate of return we can generate. --Terry $PNPN

We've been saying for a while that the Lion Zone had more to give. Now the structural work is proving it. Our geologists identified shallow easterly plunging trends in the Lion Zone drill core that appear to control where the highest grades sit. Four of these structures have been mapped so far — and we've only tested the shallowest one. The results speak for themselves. PML-26-054, drilled east of Lion along this trend, hit 5m of Lion-style mineralization with visible copper. PML-26-067, on the western edge — an area we previously thought was low grade — hit 1m of massive copper sulphides at about 50m depth, plus 3.3m of disseminated copper. Both holes are getting follow-up drilling right now. What really caught our attention: this easterly structure lines up with mineralization we hit 350m east of Lion back in November 2025 (hole PML-25-021). That's potentially hundreds of meters of strike along just this one trend. And we have three more trends below it that haven't been touched. Our VP of Exploration Joe Campbell put it well — this plunge trend isn't just expanding Lion. It's pointing us toward a potential large Ni-Cu source deposit. That's the long-term prize. Over in Lion West, hole PML-25-040 hit massive nickeliferous sulphides grading 2.42% Ni, 1.83 g/t Pd, and 0.11% Cu in a tonalite dyke. That's the same style of 'rafted' rip-up blocks we see at Tiger — which tells us there's a Ni-Pd-Cu deposit somewhere below. We've moved the drill north and that hole is turning right now. Lion keeps growing. $PNPN

To PNPN shareholders: Our scientists and all the technical people that I spoke to at PDAC who read our recent news release were very encouraged. While we have not found anything yet at Elephant or Tiger Deep as it relates to the Massive Sulfides, we are not discouraged. We now have more clues, and our news release shows significant progress. The extensions east and west of the Lion Zone where we did hit the Massive Sulfides is encouraging, providing the potential to add significant additional resources for our upcoming PEA. The gold indications are very interesting and can be easily tested with follow up drilling to determine if they are related and continuous. For the most part, this has been a sell the news situation. The shorts in our stock take great enjoyment in repressing our news. But we will persevere and we will succeed, because this discovery is as real as it gets. The one takeaway management has determined from the market action on both our outstanding metallurgical results and continued good exploration results is that we need more hard facts. More trustworthy proof that, as we believe, this will make an excellent and very profitable mine, even if we did not find anything further. Hence our decision to expedite our PEA for this fall. We believe this will establish a floor much higher than our current valuations, while we pursue the outstanding exploration opportunities in front of us with our six operating rigs. We will follow the path of others like Foran, who I tip my cap to for the amazing job they have done. Geology isn’t tidy. Deposits thicken and thin. That’s not a surprise. That’s reality. This system will continue to do that, and it’s a long way from finished. We live with this day to day. The rocks tell us what to do, not the other way around. Lion itself is relatively narrow, very high value rock. As an underground miner, I like narrow things. Elephant, on the other hand, is a very different animal. It has strong strike length, significant thickness, and a much stronger geophysical response. I can’t give you absolute volumes today, but the scale is obvious enough that it demands attention. People also ask about noise in the market. Yes, short sellers exist. That’s the nature of the space. But we’re not obsessed with that. We’re focused on execution. Making sure the technical team has what they need. Making sure the work is done properly. Making sure we don’t shortcut understanding for the sake of speed. Big discoveries get paid. Everything else is secondary.

I’ve heard the comments from inside the mining community. “Too promotional.” “Too much noise.” “Not how mining CEOs usually communicate.” Fair enough. But let me be very clear about something. This content is not for the 1% of people who already live and breathe mining. You already know how drill results work. You already read technical reports for fun. You already have exposure. What we’re doing at Power Metallic is intentionally different. The reality is this: Less than 1% of investors in places like New York have any meaningful exposure to mining—let alone high-grade polymetallic discoveries in Tier-1 jurisdictions. That’s not a coincidence. It’s because this industry has spent decades talking to itself. Dense language. Closed circles. Assumptions that everyone already understands the game. Meanwhile, capital flows elsewhere. So yes—we’re being more visible. Yes—we’re explaining things in plain English. Yes—we’re telling the story of why this discovery matters beyond assay tables and technical jargon. That’s not promotion for promotion’s sake. That’s education and market expansion. If we want better valuations… If we want stronger shareholder bases… If we want fairer price discovery… Then we have to grow the tent, not guard the gate. Our job isn’t to impress the same 500 people who already attend every mining conference. Our job is to reach the much larger audience that’s hungry for uncorrelated upside, real assets, and asymmetric opportunities—but has never been invited into the conversation. And for those worried this somehow “cheapens” the story—ask yourself this: Would you rather have: • a technically perfect story that nobody hears, or • a transparent, well-explained story that brings new capital, new believers, and long-term support? We’ll always respect the science. We’ll always respect the geology. And we’ll always publish the data. But we’re not going to whisper about a rare discovery just to stay comfortable. Power Metallic is building something bigger than a typical junior narrative. And that means communicating like it. If that’s “too promotional” for some—so be it. Let’s talk about this hinge. Geologically speaking, fold hinges are magic. They’re where pressure concentrates. Where mineralized systems can thicken. Where big deposits hide. We believe we’ve found one—right between Lion and Nisk. We didn’t have access to it before. It was on land previously locked up by Hydro Quebec. But we worked with the James Bay Cree and got it opened for staking. We claimed it the moment it became available. Magnetic data shows a strong folded ultramafic body right at the hinge. Our BHEM surveys from surrounding holes are lighting up massive off-hole conductors in exactly the right spots. One of those holes—PN-24-064—picked up over 100 meters of buildup at the bottom. That hole’s being extended by 250 meters right now. Realistically, it typically takes us 2-3 holes to find the intersection. But this is how you find the breakthroughs. This is no small step.
