Excited to share that I’ve just purchased a new car, thanks to the success I’ve had in Bitcoin mining! I’m incredibly grateful to my coach @CC_ethBianca for the guidance and support throughout this journey. Crypto has truly opened doors for me, and this is just the beginning! Follow her now to get started

I want to say thank you to all the NASCAR Media covering this, bringing us into the court room. Bringing us all the information. Thank you to @jeff_gluck @Jordan_Bianchi @bobpockrass and so many more. As a fan I truly appreciate the work you are doing during this

I was worried for the stability of the series when I saw the stylized 9 on Chase Racelott in the toys aisle at Target

1)he's had time everything got worse. 2)based on what has happened I don't believe Brian was ever actually in control.
Why would Jim double down on every bad and failed idea of Brians? ... Unless they were actually his and Brian was the mouthpiece.

They will absolutely file a motion for judgment as a matter of law as soon as the plaintiffs rest. That’s just standard practice and they will want to ensure that if they have to appeal they can point back to both the summary judgment denial and a denial of a motion for judgment as a matter of law as errors of law. Judge Bell identified to the parties that no one should file a summary judgment on the entirety of the Teams’ case against NASCAR because he believed that there were material issues a fact that needed to go before a jury. NASCAR still went ahead did it anyway. Which I understand them doing to preserve the argument for appeal. Judge Bell has to let them file their motion even if he has no intention of granting it. Same as with that summary judgment motion.

I don’t know if I plan on watching NASCAR at all if Jim France continues to be in a position of power. Jim France and both Steve’s need to be removed for the health of the sport.

How long are we supposed to kiss the feet of the Frances? I hope this judge forces a sell of NASCAR. It should be team owned not one rich family owned. They are selfish. I’m sure the teams would still be greedy but at least there would be a different dynamic with more parties.

Watch Denny, and how he treats the fan holding the sign here. Everybody in NASCAR needs to take notes. From the management all the way down to a guy that pushes tires on the pit road. Denny could not be more emotionally invested towards the fan base. He feels like he's one of them. Because he is
I feel the same way. I don't think people understand it unless you have almost a religious fervor for it. You can't allow the purity of something to be destroyed if you truly love it.
It's all, or nothing.

If the sport gets blown up... i wouldn't blame 23xi... I would THANK 23xi.
NASCAR already destroyed any integrity over the past 20 years

And now, entering the courtroom, and stepping on to the witness stand...

I think it’s pretty cut and dry that NASCAR doesn’t do enough for the teams and they clearly have shown monopolistic tendencies…..

It's easy for people who have been around 10 or less years to look at what we have & be happy or settle for the product...
If only you knew what it was.
