Held an engaging meeting with H.E. Mr. Arkam Ilyas, Deputy Minister of Energy, Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, to discuss strengthening India–Sri Lanka cooperation under the @isolaralliance. Exchanged views on advancing solar integration, energy storage, digital grid management, floating solar and agricultural solarisation, while exploring ways to translate our partnership into concrete projects and operationalise the STAR-C collaboration with the University of Moratuwa. The 4-day #BRESummit2026 at Bharat Mandapam concluded with a strong resolve to accelerate India’s renewable energy journey. I thank the Hon'ble Vice President of India Shri C. P. Radhakrishnan ji, for graciously accepting my invitation to deliver the Valedictory Address at the country's biggest renewable energy platform. In my address at #BRESummit2026, I reflected on India's remarkable progress in renewable energy and the Summit's key outcomes. Under the visionary leadership of PM Shri @NarendraModi ji, India is committed to further accelerate this remarkable journey through innovation, investment and global partnerships.
