NEW: On Friday, dockworkers at 111 ports in 22 countries and regions on five continents will stop work in a coordinated strike against war, according to the most recent information from the organizing unions.
More than 25 dockworkers’ unions have now signed on, from Marseille to Mumbai, Hamburg to Montevideo, Melbourne to Oakland. Days ago the count stood at about 100 ports in 17 countries, and that figure doesn’t include the dozens of unions in other sectors that have pledged support. Their demand is simple: no weapons and no military cargo through their ports. Nearly everything the world ships passes through the docks, and without the workers who load and unload it, nothing moves.
In France, the main dockers’ union says the country’s ports will be 95% shut. Italy, India, Greece and Turkey face 24-hour strikes, and Morocco and Cyprus will see stoppages of up to two hours, with rallies planned in port cities around the world. In Greece, metalworkers, ship-repair workers and young people are joining the dockers, and in the US, ILWU Local 10 is striking in Oakland and San Francisco. The unions are working from the Istanbul Declaration, signed in May, with each one deciding for itself how to take part. They are also fighting for their own jobs, against cuts from automation and for contracts, raises, shorter hours and safety.
The unions point to escalating wars in Ukraine and the Middle East and the danger of a generalized war. They condemn Israel’s new crimes in Hebron, carried out with the backing of the US, NATO and the EU. Israel’s lockdown of the city is now in its sixth day, with more than 3,000 Palestinians displaced, according to the UN. Palestinian unions have endorsed Friday’s action.
In Italy, the fight has spilled beyond the docks. The union USB has called for a nationwide general strike. Last night, the Italian government ordered transport workers back on the job last night. USB said it would defy the order and accept the steep penalties.
The unions are calling on workers and young people everywhere to stand with the dockworkers, saying “Ports for peace and the peoples, not launching pads for war.”
I’m reporting from Calabria, Italy, and I will be in Genoa tomorrow ahead of the strike to report on the ground during the mobilzation.

Wow. It’s almost as if sovereignty becomes dangerous when your territory controls access to one of the world’s most strategically important maritime chokepoints.
I’m sure the closure of Hormuz and the disruption of shipping through Bab al-Mandab have absolutely nothing to do with any of this…
And, purely by coincidence, Spain is heading into an election campaign that officially begins in just over two weeks, with PP and Vox offering an Israel First foreign-policy line…
Hey @grok does any Israeli company have any connection to the technical security of RENFE trains in Spain?

Exactly a year ago, Ameen Abu Dalal was martyred alongside his parents, brothers, wife and twin children. Sham and Yahya were only 4 years old when they were killed by the military occupation.
Ameen’s death devastated The Sameer Project team. He worked with us for almost a year and a half, and was fully dedicated to serving his community. Ameen was hardworking and honest, and caring towards his colleagues and the people we serve.
Today, October 29th, Omair Abu Taqiya from our team was killed in Gaza. Omair was killed on the death anniversary of Ameen. It is no coincidence that they’re neighbors and friends, and now they’re reunited in heaven, with our beloved Mosab.
Today has been a really tough day for us. We are heartbroken and feeling extremely heavy. We ask of our community to pray for Ameen, Omair, Mosab & all our martyrs.

Reform UK deputy leader Richard Tice went on a trip to “the Gaza front line” in September 2025 funded by Reform Friends of Israel, where he concluded that the Gaza famine was a “blatant lie”.
A few weeks after Tice’s visit, his chief of staff and other Reform figures undertook another trip which included a visit to the illegally occupied Golan Heights, which the UK recognises as part of Syria.
They also visited Israel’s police headquarters, which is overseen by far-right national security minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, who is sanctioned by the UK for “repeated incitement of violence against Palestinian civilians”.
This trip was funded by the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, according to newly released Israeli government data seen by Declassified and found by Berlin-based journalist Yossi Bartel.

Every human being will be held accountable before Allah, not only for what they did, but also for what they could have done for Gaza… and chose not to do! 💔
Each person will be questioned according to the ability they possessed, the opportunities they were given, and the help they could have offered… yet they chose silence, turned away, or carried on with their lives as though Gaza were not being destroyed, as though children were not being pulled from beneath the rubble, as though mothers were not burying their own children with their bare hands, and as though hunger, agony, and abandonment were not tearing apart a million hearts!
Gaza is not a test for Palestinians alone… Gaza is a test of the humanity of the entire world!
Do not ask, “What can I possibly do?” before asking yourself, “What have I actually done with everything that was within my power to do?”
By Allah, one of the most heartbreaking things is not the helplessness of those who have nothing to offer, but the silence of those who have the power to help, yet carry on as though they have neither seen, heard, nor known!
A day will come when the truth is laid bare, excuses will fall away, and every human being will stand alone before Allah… On that day, justifications will be of no use, and silence will never erase the stain of abandonment.
O Allah, to You we pour out our weakness, our helplessness, and our grief over the world's abandonment of the people of Gaza… 💔🤲

🇮🇷🇺🇸 Iran says it just HIJACKED a U.S.-made drone over the Strait of Hormuz and landed it in one piece.
The IRGC Navy claims it detected an MQM-170 decoy drone over the western part of the strait, seized control of its guidance systems, likely through electronic warfare, and brought it down safely.
There's no independent confirmation of the claim yet.
According to Iran, data pulled from the drone shows it was mapping Iran's coastal air defenses, and that it took off from one of the Gulf states across the water. Tehran didn't say which one.
Shooting drones down is old news. Landing them and downloading their data is a whole new level, IF Iran’s account holds up.

Senator @ChrisMurphyCT,
You have told the public that you were briefed on the plan to resume attacks on Iran, that you cannot share its details, and that "the plan is insane." You have said it will escalate the war, break international law and destroy America's commitment to the rule of law. Knowledge of that kind carries obligations.
Public reporting points to what the plan holds. Israeli sources told ABC News the next strikes would target petrochemical facilities to erode Iran's economy. CNN reports US forces could strike within 96 hours of an order.
In April your president promised that every bridge in Iran would be "decimated" and every power plant left "burning, exploding and never to be used again," and said he was "not worried" about war-crimes charges. You called that threat "a clear war crime." In July he told Fox News the United States would "knock out" all of Iran's power plants and bridges unless Tehran negotiated. The stated purpose was never military advantage but coercion: punish the population until its government yields. The UN called such attacks a very clear violation of international law.
If the briefing showed the same intent, you are among the few Americans who "officially" know a war crime is being prepared.
Secrecy does not bind you to silence about it. Executive Order 13526 forbids using classification to conceal violations of law; a stamp cannot convert complicity into a duty. The Speech or Debate Clause protects what you say in the Senate, as the Supreme Court confirmed in Gravel v. United States after Senator Gravel read the Pentagon Papers into the record. Senate Resolution 400 provides for disclosure over executive objection.
Your oath runs to a Constitution that makes the Geneva Conventions the supreme law of the land, and their Common Article 1 requires every organ of the United States to ensure respect for them, the Senate included.
The same duty reaches the chain of command. You said military leaders gave no sign of their private views. Make them state those views on the record: demand that the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs and the CENTCOM commander say, in open session, whether each target passes the military-objective test.
Remind them that a source of revenue is not a military objective, and that the "war-sustaining economy" theory behind such targeting is rejected by the ICRC and most states. Tell every service member that the UCMJ requires obedience only to lawful orders, that superior orders are no defense to a manifestly unlawful one, and that the War Crimes Act follows them for life.
History will not ask whether the plan was classified. It will ask who knew, and what they did.

🇺🇸🇰🇵 Remember when SEAL Team 6 killed three North Korean shellfish divers on a secret mission Trump approved?
The New York Times broke it a year ago and it basically sank without a trace.
In the winter of 2019, with the Hanoi summit set for Feb. 27, Red Squadron rode wet mini-subs through 40-degree water from an Ohio-class submarine to plant a device that would tap Kim’s communications, mistook a fishing skiff for a patrol, shot everyone aboard, found no weapons or radios, punctured the lungs so the bodies would sink, and left without planting anything.
The billion-dollar sub with 100 crew came in closer than anyone considered safe to pull them out.
Trump sat down with Kim two weeks later anyway, the talks collapsed in a day, and Kim’s foreign minister was purged for it.
The reporters say the White House spent those two weeks waiting to see whether Pyongyang would cancel, because satellites showed an unexplained military buildup at the site and three bodies with bullet holes were going to be found in a busy bay.
Kim came to Hanoi, said nothing, and has said nothing since, and when the story broke Trump told reporters he’d never heard of it, which the reporting says isn’t true. Congress wasn’t told until Biden briefed the Gang of Eight in 2021.
Kim never said a word about that beach, and he didn’t need to.
Seven years later the answer is still being written in hardware: the first submarine-launched cruise missiles in three years, a hypersonic with AI guidance built to beat American radar, an AI torpedo, a mixed salvo on Oct. 12 designed to confuse Seoul’s defenses, artillery rolled up to the border this week, and fifty warheads.
A dictator who promises his people only he can keep the Americans out can’t admit they walked up his shore, so he swallowed the insult and made sure the next team that comes by sea meets a navy instead of a fishing boat.

🇧🇬🪳| A ship from Haifa has sunk in Bulgarian waters. Israeli shipping containers are now adrift on the Black Sea.
On Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at midday, the *CONTSHIP JET,* a Liberian-flagged vessel owned by a Greek company and chartered by the Israeli shipping giant ZIM was en route from Haifa to Constanța, Romania, carrying 421 containers. Seventeen nautical miles off the Bulgarian coast, near Cape Kaliakra, the vessel was struck on its starboard side by three uncrewed surface vessels (USVs). A fire broke out, the ship began to list, and the crew abandoned vessel. All 18 crew members 14 Filipinos and 4 Ukrainians were rescued. The ship drifted overnight before sinking the following morning.
As for the cargo: it included lithium batteries, corrosive and flammable liquids, acids, timber, industrial equipment, and construction materials. More than 20 containers holding hazardous goods are now adrift in the Black Sea following the sinking. Bulgarian authorities are currently monitoring the coastline for signs of pollution.
💥 Who was behind it? Official silence leaves room for speculation.
The Bulgarian Ministry of Transport has confirmed the attack. The Ministry of Defence stated that a French Navy *Atlantique 2* maritime patrol aircraft first detected the USVs and issued an alert yet the strike occurred roughly an hour after that warning. The commander of the Bulgarian Navy explained that the incident took place too far away, "beyond our capacity to deploy forces within that timeframe." Furthermore, the attack occurred in international waters.
As for who launched the three USVs, Bulgarian officials have not publicly assigned blame, and no party has claimed responsibility.
However, the Israeli outlet *JFeed* ran the headline: "Zim ship from Haifa sunk by Russian drones in Black Sea." While the headline asserts this attribution, the accompanying text provides no supporting evidence. As of the time of this report, the Russian side has not responded. The narrative that "Russia did it" is filling the void left by the absence of an official account. In the Black Sea, Russia possesses the motive, the capability, and a history of precedent. Yet, having both motive and capability does not constitute evidence. Official investigations have yet to weigh in, but the narrative has already raced ahead of the inquiry.
🎯 Not the first, and certainly not the last
Since early October 2026, at least nine merchant vessels have been attacked in the Black Sea, near the Bulgarian coast. Four of these ships have sunk, and 21 crew members remain missing.
The *CONTSHIP JET* is the fifth merchant vessel to be struck by an uncrewed surface vessel (USV). This shipping route—stretching from the Israeli ports of Haifa and Ashdod, across the Black Sea, to Romania and Bulgaria is increasingly becoming a targeted corridor.
This is not a spillover from the "Ukraine grain war." The route originates in Israeli ports; it is chartered by an Israeli shipping giant; and it carries industrial and commercial cargo. The vessels are targeted not because they are "enemies of Russia," but because of their ties to Israel.
📜 Who owns the ship, who owns the cargo, and who pays the price?
ZIM is Israel’s national flagship shipping line. It operates globally and manages the logistics for Israel’s imports and exports during wartime. When one of its vessels sinks in the Black Sea, it is not merely "a merchant ship" that is lost—it is a critical node in Israel’s supply chain.
Who bears the cost? The shipowner, a Greek firm. The charterer ZIM. The cargo owners the exporters and importers who entrusted 421 containers to this route. And the insurers the underwriters in London, Oslo, and Bermuda who provide coverage against war risks.
War-risk insurance premiums will rise. Risk assessments for Black Sea shipping routes will be escalated. More shipowners will refuse to enter these waters. And another crack will appear in Israel’s supply chain.
🔻 The Universe’s Ledger: A Ship from Haifa, Waves in the Black Sea
A ship that departed from Haifa has sunk off the coast of Bulgaria. It was carrying cargo for Israel, flying the flag of Liberia, owned by a Greek, and crewed by Filipinos and Ukrainians. Where does the responsibility lie?
Official investigations have yet to weigh in. But Haifa is no ordinary port; it is Israel’s northern lifeline. During wartime, vessels departing from Haifa carry everything essential to a wartime economy.
When a ship linked to Israel is sunk in the Black Sea by three uncrewed surface vessels (USVs), the ledger does not merely record that "a merchant ship has gone down." It records something else: that Israel’s supply chain along a route it deemed secure has been struck.
Where did these USVs come from? Who commanded them? Who provided the targeting data? There are no official answers to these questions yet. But the fact remains: a ship from Haifa has sunk in the Black Sea, and it is now etched into the ledger. Meanwhile, 421 shipping containers along with more than 20 hazardous-material units drift amidst the waves of the Black Sea, waiting for an answer.

The JCPOA was a nuclear control mechanism "against" Iran...
That deal WAS Iran already compromising on its nuclear "ambitions", accepting caps and inspections in exchange for sanctions relief, and the United States under Trump walked out of it and tore it up anyway in 2018.
So ask the question honestly. If Iran signed THAT deal, held to it, and then saw America abandon it and tear it up regardless, what kind of NEW nuclear deal is Iran supposed to believe in now?
There is ZERO agreement Iran can put on the table that would satisfy what the American Institutions are after, because what America wants goes well past ANY possible deal, all the way to the FULL surrender of the nuclear position, and behind that, of Iran's sovereignty itself.
And Iran will NEVER hand that over, not without fighting to the very end, because it saw what happened to the men who did.
1. In Iraq, Saddam Hussein gave up weapons he did not even have and was hanged.
2. Muammar Gaddafi dismantled his program, shook hands with the West, and was sodomized then killed in a ditch eight years later.
The lesson every sovereign state pulled out of Iraq and Libya's experience is that disarming yourself is the thing that gets you invaded.
Iran has tied its nuclear program to its sovereignty, to its identity, to its research and development, and to its standing as a state that bends to NO ONE, and it treats it as a national treasure.
Asking Iran to "give it up" is the equivalent of Russia demanding the United States shut down NASA.
No serious power does that, under any pressure, at any price.
I get challenged on this constantly, because I do not "fit neatly inside anyone's camp" or world view, and my reading will agree with you one day and inflame you the next.
I read this the way a realist reads it, by power and incentive and revealed preference, and not by the side I am "supposed" to be cheering for.
I am not taking Iran's side here. I am describing what ANY state does when it is ordered to disarm by the same power that just tore up the last disarmament it agreed to.

🇮🇷|Iranian Broadcasting Corporation
Publishes a map identifying the locations of U.S. forces' movements in the UAE, highlighting points that it considers suitable for targeting.
🇮🇷| IRIB Publishes Map of U.S. Military Positions in the UAE: Not an "Assassination Order," but a Move to Expose the "Hidden Presence" of U.S. Forces as Vulnerable Targets
October 29, 2026. Tehran. The Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) has released a map detailing the movements of U.S. military forces within the United Arab Emirates (UAE), explicitly marking locations "suitable for targeting."
First, let us distinguish between facts and inferences.
As for the facts: I cannot independently verify the specific content of the IRIB map which locations are marked, the level of precision, whether these represent "movement trajectories" or "fixed bases," or if the data is real-time versus merely illustrative. There are currently no cross-verifiable sources for these details. Any claim that these are "precise coordinates for assassination" must be treated as unconfirmed.
However, the significance of this event does not hinge on the map's accuracy; it lies in the very act of its publication.
💥 The U.S. Military Presence in the UAE Has Always Been "Semi-Hidden"
U.S. forces are indeed present in the UAE. Al Dhafra Air Base hosts the U.S. Air Force’s 380th Air Expeditionary Wing and serves as a hub for aerial refueling and reconnaissance in the Middle East. The port of Jebel Ali is a frequent stop for U.S. naval vessels. Furthermore, the UAE hosts U.S. military advisors, contractors, and intelligence personnel.
Yet, in the public narrative, this presence is framed as purely "technical," "logistical," or "non-combat" in nature. The UAE government never emphasizes that the U.S. maintains a "combat presence" on its soil, and the U.S. also prefers to keep a low profile. Acknowledging such a presence would shift the UAE’s status from a mere "U.S. ally" to a "launchpad for U.S. wars."
By releasing this map, IRIB is doing one thing: stripping away this "semi-hidden" veil.
The message is clear: You think the U.S. military presence in the UAE is merely "technical"? We know where they are. We know how they move. We know which points serve as their nodes.
🎯 This is not an "assassination order." It is "cognitive warfare."
If the IRIB (Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting) truly intended to "assassinate" U.S. military personnel, it would not broadcast a map on television. Assassinations require absolute secrecy precise coordinates, real-time movement data, the deployment of operatives, and extraction routes. A map shown on television is meant for an audience, not for operatives.
Its purpose is to cultivate a specific perception: that U.S. forces are no longer safe in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
This perception ripples across three levels:
Level One: UAE policymakers. Upon seeing this map, they must ask themselves: If Iran truly knows the locations of U.S. forces, has UAE territory effectively become a battlefield a targetable zone? The UAE has long walked a tightrope between the U.S. and Iran; it permits the U.S. to use its bases while striving to avoid being drawn into a war. This map serves as a message to Abu Dhabi: the space for your balancing act is shrinking.
Level Two: U.S. military personnel. U.S. troops stationed in the UAE, upon seeing this map, might wonder: Has my location been compromised? Such uncertainty erodes morale, drives up security costs, and forces the U.S. military to re-evaluate its deployment strategy in the UAE.
Level Three: International investors. The UAE’s image as a "safe oasis" is central to its ability to attract foreign capital. If the U.S. military presence in the UAE is publicly labeled as a set of "targetable points," investors will be compelled to recalculate their risk, a reassessment that will inevitably spill over into the financial markets.
📜 Who did it first?
In January 2020, the United States used a drone to assassinate Qasem Soleimani, commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps’ Quds Force, at Baghdad Airport. That was a precise, real-time, intelligence-driven assassination. The U.S. did not broadcast a map; it simply carried out the operation. In September 2024, Israel detonated thousands of pagers and walkie-talkies across Lebanon, killing dozens and wounding thousands. It was a large-scale assassination operation rooted in the infiltration of a supply chain. Israel didn’t publish a map; it simply carried out the operation.
In June 2025 and February 2026, the United States bombed Iranian nuclear facilities both times while negotiations were underway. It was a precision strike, enabled by satellite and signals intelligence. The United States didn’t publish a map; it simply carried out the operation.
But the IRIB (Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting) did publish a map.
This is not an "assassination order." It is a "reciprocal response in the realm of information warfare": You use precise intelligence to kill; we use a public map to show you that your intelligence advantage is not one-sided.
⚔️ The Position of the UAE
The United Arab Emirates is a signatory to the Abraham Accords. It maintains formal diplomatic relations with Israel, hosts U.S. military forces, and allows its ports to be used for the transshipment of goods bound for Israel. Furthermore, its intelligence services share a platform known as "Crystal Ball" with the Mossad.
At the same time, the UAE is a neighbor to Iran, separated only by the Strait of Hormuz. Its trade, energy exports, and financial hubs depend on the stability of this strait. The UAE has long been walking a tightrope between the U.S. and Iran.
The IRIB’s map is a message to Abu Dhabi: The tightrope you are walking is getting thinner.
🔻 The Mirror
The U.S. claims: Our presence in the UAE is "defensive."
The IRIB’s map says: We know exactly where you are.
The UAE claims: We are not a party to the war.
The IRIB’s map says: Your territory is being used to wage war against Iran. Your bases serve as nodes for U.S. military operations in the Middle East.
The U.S. claims: Iran wouldn't dare to attack us directly.
The IRIB’s map says: We have already attacked your bases. An E-3 [AWACS] aircraft was destroyed; three U.S. service members were killed in Jordan. The Pentagon is concealing these losses.
This is not an "assassination order." This is an "overt exposure."
Its purpose is not merely to "kill a few people." Rather, it serves to transform the "covert presence" of the U.S. military into an exposed vulnerability. It forces the United Arab Emirates which has long been "walking a tightrope" to finally "pick a side." It compels investors to recalculate their risks, and it forces U.S. military personnel to re-evaluate their own security.
A map broadcast on television does not need to be accurate down to the meter. It only needs to convey one message: We know where you are.
Long live Iran. Long live the Resistance. Long live the Axis of Resistance.

——
Iran has launched its first export freight train from the city of Qom to China, while 460 tons of sodium chlorate were shipped by rail from Semnan province to Turkiye, as Tehran seeks to expand its export routes.
Amid growing restrictions on maritime transport, rail freight shipments from China to Iran have increased tenfold, while the frequency of Chinese trains arriving in Iran has risen from one every three to four days to one daily, Fars News Agency reports.

This Iran, America and Izzy war was NEVER about the "nuclear" issue, and it was never about politics or personalities, it runs underneath all of that, down to three things my critics fail to understand so I will say it here plainly:
This war cannot end because it is about three things:
1. the US dollar holding its place as the world's reserve currency.
2. It is about the American navy holding the sea lanes that enforce it, and about China and Russia using the Eurasian landmass, with Iran at the centre of it, to move their trade and their energy overland and slip out from under that America naval power altogether.
3. Iran is essentially making the American Naval Supremacy redundant if America leaves things as is. This is the true challenge to the American narrative of "global superpower".
Iran is the hinge of that corridor, which is why Washington cannot allow it to stand as a fully sovereign power, and why the nuclear file was always the cover story for a far bigger fight, the one over whether the American century continues or whether the Eurasian powers finally build their way around it, straight through Iran.
This is a STRUCTURAL war, which is exactly why it does not end the day someone offers Iran a better deal, and if that framing bothers you, you have not been reading me closely, because it is the same thing I have been saying since the first day I went online.
𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡𝗔𝗟, 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗡𝗢𝗜𝗦𝗘!!

🇾🇪🇸🇦|The satellite image confirms what Sana'a announced: the strike was real, the damage is measurable, and the target was the heart of the Saudi energy system. Saudi Arabia has not confirmed the attack. It does not need to. The burn marks are visible from orbit.
The image is the receipt
Satellite images analysed by OSINT accounts and reported on 28 October 2026 show damage and burn marks at Saudi Aramco's Ras Tanura refinery in the Eastern Province. The specific unit hit was the main cracking unit, the molecular breakdown facility that converts heavy petroleum compounds into lighter products. The imagery indicates the unit is inoperable. Fars News reported the same: the main refining unit at the 550,000 barrel-per-day facility was struck and left non-functional.
NASA satellites detected thermal hotspots in the area nine minutes after the warning sirens sounded. Hours later, a source told Bloomberg the Saudis had contained the fire. Containing a fire is not the same as restoring a cracking unit. A fire can be put out. A cracked column cannot be welded back together overnight.
What Ras Tanura is
Ras Tanura is not a peripheral facility. It is Saudi Arabia's largest refinery, with a crude processing capacity of approximately 550,000 barrels per day. It is integrated with the Ras Tanura port, widely recognised as the world's largest crude oil export terminal, historically shipping more than 5 million barrels per day of crude. The refinery and the terminal together form the core of the kingdom's eastern energy complex.
Striking the cracking unit at Ras Tanura is not a symbolic gesture. It is a strike at the node that converts crude into usable product for export and domestic consumption. The crude export terminal may still be loading. The refining heart of the complex is not.
The announcement came from Sana'a
Brigadier General Yahya Saree, spokesperson for the Yemeni Armed Forces, announced on Tuesday, 27 October 2026, that the Ras Tanura refinery in the Eastern Province was targeted with a ballistic missile. Saree stated the attack hit its designated target and triggered "massive fires" at the facility.
Saree also announced a separate operation targeting two Saudi military transport aircraft with ballistic missiles: one at Najran Airport and the other at King Khalid Air Base in Khamis Mushait. He stated both missiles struck their intended targets.
The framing from Sana'a is explicit: these operations are retaliation for Saudi attacks on Yemen. Saree reiterated that continued aggression will be met with retaliation. The "blockade for blockade" policy declared by the Yemeni armed forces remains in force, a response to a siege that has lasted nearly twelve years.
The market reaction is the strategic effect
Oil prices rose on Wednesday, 28 October 2026, following the strike.
Brent crude climbed $1.50 to $115.59 per barrel. U.S. crude increased $1.47 to $101.37. December Brent futures rose 1.9% to $116.03, while December WTI gained 2% to $101.91.
The movement in the market is not speculation. It is a direct assessment by traders that a 550,000 barrel-per-day refining hub and the world's largest crude export terminal are now vulnerable. The strike did not hit a pipeline in the desert. It hit the facility that converts Saudi crude into products the world buys. The premium is the price of that vulnerability.
Saudi silence and the coalition's air defence claims
Saudi authorities have not confirmed the strike or any damage to the refinery. Aramco did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
The Saudi-led coalition separately claimed its air defences intercepted and destroyed three ballistic missiles launched toward the Eastern Province and four drones targeting the kingdom's southern region. Saudi Civil Defence reported damages following another intercepted attack.
This is the standard sequence. The coalition claims interception. The imagery shows a burning cracking unit. Interception claims and burn marks do not coexist comfortably. Either the interceptions happened and something else caused the damage, or the interceptions were partial and the damage is the residue that got through. The satellite imagery does not take sides. It simply records what is on the ground.
The pattern
Ras Tanura is not an isolated strike. It sits on the same ledger as the rest of this month's operations.
Ten Rajoum drones over Jizan and Asir, twenty-six strikes, tanks and pickups destroyed, forty plus Saudi casualties. Captured Saudi equipment displayed on the Jizan axis. An Emirati LNG tanker struck near Fujairah, gas venting over four emirates. The Shaybah oil field hit, two foreign workers killed without warning. Dammam's King Fahd International Airport struck, one dead, eight injured. Marib footage showing PLC vehicles destroyed and captured. The US State Department ordering non-essential personnel out of Saudi Arabia. Kuwait International Airport suspending operations.
Ras Tanura is the same campaign applied to the refining core. The target list has moved from border positions to the infrastructure that funds the war.
The bottom line
Satellite imagery shows burn marks at the main cracking unit of Saudi Arabia's largest refinery. The unit is inoperable. Brent is above $115. The strike was announced by Sana'a, executed with a ballistic missile, and confirmed by the wreckage visible from space.
Saudi Arabia can deny it. The coalition can claim interceptions. Aramco can decline to comment. The burn marks do not require confirmation. They are orbiting overhead, photographed, dated, and published.
The resistance announced the target. The resistance hit the target. The market priced the target. The imagery confirms the target. That is not a narrative. That is a sequence of events with a paper trail.
Long live Yemen. Long live Ansar Allah. Long live the Resistance. Long live the Axis of Resistance.

🇧🇷🇺🇸 Four decoy cars, an Italian passport, a jet waiting across the Argentine border: how Flavio Bolsonaro slipped a Supreme Court travel ban and landed in Miami on a visa Trump signed off personally
The Wall Street Journal has the route.
Monday night his convoy left Brasília and split four ways while reporters chased the wrong cars; Tuesday his allies told the press he was already in Florida while he was still in Brazil, driving hundreds of miles to the triple frontier.
At 10:50 p.m. he crossed the bridge into Puerto Iguazú with his wife and daughters, Argentine airport police escorted him to a Gulfstream that Trump adviser Jason Miller had helped charter, Milei's top aide watched from the ground in contact with Eduardo Bolsonaro, and the plane lifted off at 12:21 a.m. with Flavio flying on his Italian passport, refueled in Ecuador, and landed at Opa-locka at 9:30, where officers shielded the family with umbrellas.
Trump approved the entry Tuesday, Rubio moved the visas, and the family came in on one-year humanitarian parole.
If that sounds familiar, it’s because María Corina Machado ran the same play ten months ago: a wig and a false identity through ten of Maduro’s checkpoints, a fishing boat to Curaçao with Navy F-18s circling the route, a private jet to Oslo, and a thank-you to Washington once she was safe.
Same machinery, same Trump circle, and the same kind of regime on the other end.
Maduro had a travel ban and a fugitive warning waiting for Machado; Lula has Moraes, a judge who jailed the father for 27 years, sentenced the brother in absentia, took the son’s passports the morning after he lost, and sits on a police dossier tying him to the very banker scandal he’s prosecuting... and that's not even the tip of the iceberg on this guy.
When a court like that orders you to stay home, leaving isn’t fleeing justice, it’s refusing to be the next Bolsonaro behind bars.
Trump says the family was “treated very unfairly” but he “won’t get involved.”
The plane says he already did, and that’s the right call.

The Spanish train crash was caused by a technical/computer malfunction, ISRAELI cyber firms hold Spanish technical/computer train contracts…
I-SEC (subsidiary of Israeli ICTS, founded by former Shin Bet members) holds contracts for security services across multiple Spanish regions.
Cylus (Israeli rail cybersecurity firm) partners with Alstom, a major high-speed train supplier/ maintainer.
BREAKING: 🇪🇸 At least 68 people have died and 80 others injured after a train crash in Spain.
Investigators say it’s due to an “inexplicable” safety error after a “widespread computer communications failure.”
It’s the THIRD train crash in Spain this year.
ISRAEL warned Spain they would pay a “heavy price” and for some reason an Israeli railway cyber firm recruited Spain’s former railway safety chief/transport secretary… 🤔
May God rest their souls and bring ease to their families 🙏🏼
