Won $824 in bonus bets from @DraftKings King of the Court today!
The excitement didn't last long.
I'm limited so heavily that I can't even use a bonus bet on a basic NFL moneyline (max stake: $33.32).
The problem: DraftKings still doesn't allow you to split bonus bets. You have to use the entire bonus bet on a single wager, even when your betting limits prevent you from doing so.
Meanwhile, FanDuel has allowed users to choose how much of a bonus bet to wager since at least 2022, with the remaining balance available for future bets.
It's been over 4 years. Why hasn't DraftKings implemented this?
I'm not asking for increased betting limits or additional promotional rewards. I'm simply asking for the ability to use bonus bets we've already earned, in amounts our accounts are permitted to wager.
I've requested this feature multiple times through DraftKings support, but nothing has changed.
@DK_Assist - Could you please pass this feature request along to the product team?

My FAIR BET Act has been sitting in @WaysMeansCmte for eight months, despite commitments from @HouseGOP to restore the full gambling loss deduction.
I am now filing a discharge petition to bring it to the House floor for a vote.

I’m still fighting for this fair tax policy. I submitted another amendment to the funding bill this week to restore the gambling loss tax deduction to 100%.
Republican leadership, however, refused to make my amendment in order and hold a vote on this commonsense fix.

This fix has bipartisan support including Members from the House Appropriations Committee.
There are now multiple avenues that we can take to get this done. We have no excuse but to pass this fix immediately.

Earlier this year, the Big, BS Budget Bill changed how gambling losses are taxed by capping the deduction at 90%. That means some gamblers will owe taxes on money they never actually earned when they file starting in 2027.
But we still have time to fix this. As long as we restore the tax deduction on gambling losses to 100% by the end of 2026, this unfair tax hike never takes effect.
I’ll keep fighting next year to get my bipartisan #FAIRBETAct passed.
