Hey y’all, I would like to invite you into something free I’ve created that’s live now for anyone interested in diving into the inner exploration (proof of mind) alongside the business building.
After 15+ years in hypnotherapy and transformation work, I’ve realized hypnosis isn’t the transformation. It’s one doorway into transformation. Bitcoin, coherence, astrology, nervous system work, and other practices have become other doorways into the same question: How do we transform awareness into reality?
I’ve brought a lot of what I’ve learned through 8,500+ client sessions into a free guided email experience called Experience the Work, which is also part of what I’m developing around Proof of Mind.
If that interests you, you’re welcome to join me here:

Honestly, I have thought about this a lot when I’m stressing about being a little bit over or they’re saying they are going to charge me when myself in my body is carrying on less weight. I think it’s more an issue of control with the weight for the carry-ons than anything.
Why “Proof of Mind”?
We can have an insight that changes how we see everything—and then find ourselves living the same way we always have.
I’m interested in what happens next. How does what we’re discovering change the way we make decisions, build our businesses, relate to people and respond when life gets uncomfortable?
That’s the conversation behind Proof of Mind. Awakening, embodiment, and the connection between inner transformation and real-world results.
Because your life is the proof.
Come explore with me. Find Proof of Mind on Spotify, YouTube and Rumble.

Foundation just had spam go out from its real domains after Cloudflare API keys leaked.
Lesson for everyone: a legit sender address doesn't mean a legit email.
No real wallet company will ever ask for your seed phrase. 🟧
ANNOUNCEMENT: SPAM EMAILS HAVE BEEN SENT THAT APPEAR TO HAVE COME FROM OFFICIAL FOUNDATION DOMAINS.
We have traced this back to one or more compromised API keys on Cloudflare, and have already revoked all API keys.
The malicious domain in the spam email has been taken down.
Funds stored on Passport are safe and Passport hardware is not compromised.
We are working nonstop to discover exactly what happened and will put out a report ASAP.

I’ve started a new live podcast! It’s called Proof of Mind, and it brings together so much of what I love exploring: the mind, consciousness, personal growth, and what it takes to turn what we’re discovering into how we actually live.
Why can we see what’s possible and still struggle to move toward it? What happens when we start questioning who we’ve been? And how do we learn to trust ourselves as we build something new?
Bitcoin is woven throughout—as a lens for exploring money, freedom and sovereignty, and as a catalyst for awakening. It invites us to question what we’ve been taught, recognize beliefs we’ve been living by, and discover possibilities we couldn’t see before.
And that’s where the inner work comes in: how do we bring what we’re waking up to into the way we actually live? You don’t need to own Bitcoin or know anything about it to join us. Curiosity is plenty. 🧡
Join me live on Rumble, YouTube and X, Tuesday through Thursday at 9:30 a.m. Mountain / 11:30 a.m. Eastern. Come be part of the conversation!
The first two weeks are also available on Spotify, YouTube and Rumble. Search Proof of Mind and have a listen.
And if you’d like to help me spread the word, leave a comment on an episode or share this post with someone who might enjoy it. It would mean a lot.
Because your life is the proof.

One of the things that I love about Bitcoiners is how many of us are BUILDING things.
Businesses, products, services, communities, and new ways of doing things.
If we're asking people to spend the highest-quality money in the world, we'd better be offering something pretty amazing in return!
What are you building?

This whole Lauren of light thing is Bitcoin perfectly doing what Bitcoin does (often painfully for all of us) which is exposing that which is no longer of integrity.
It has been doing that in my life since 2020 and it still is showing me when I am going back to my fiat ways financially.
It challenges us to learn new ways of being and living and showing up in the world.
Bitcoin forces us to trust that being ourselves will - in the end - align us with that and those whom are truly meant for us.
I know it is hard and I struggle with accepting the outcome of my honesty too - but in the end I would rather be me and let others decide if I am a good fit than the opposite.

Exactly that. AI images of yourself are fine and common now as was photoshop editing before it, but I don’t think most people are shaving 20 years and 40lbs off their photos posting thirst traps. I also find it disingenuous to constantly preach authenticity, self-acceptance, and how happy you are with your appearance, yet never post an actual photo of yourself. I actually think people would trust her more and connect far more deeply with her message if she simply presented herself as she really is. Authenticity is so much more compelling when you actually practice it.
Totally, I didn’t know that you had to do this to protect yourself and I stayed in an Airbnb where I was so gracious because it wasn’t clean when I got there and some guy came in and cleaned it (sort of) and I didn’t even put that as a bad review and then they gave me a bad review for something I didn’t even freaking do!
The comments in this thread that I see are proving there are SANE people in the world. Like WTF, I’m not a houseguest. I’m a paying customer and it has gotten way too out of hand with all the cleaning that you have to do. That and the fact that the prices are not lower than hotels like they used to be.
its just bonkers the new policy @airbnb is trying to put in place. Putting the dishes in the dishwasher, taking out the trash, pulling the sheets off the bed....they are just standard things any normal person would do when staying at a house. Why wouldn't a host be allowed to say that?
This. Accepting bitcoin brings Business, Community, and People around that you want to talk to. Couldn’t have said it better myself!
A nightclub bouncer in Santa Barbara got a call from a friend. They were leaving for El Salvador in two days 🇸🇻
He went. Thirty minutes in El Zonte was enough. He didn’t move for years, but he never really left either.
When he came back with his dad, he called his wife from the beach and told her they were moving. Then he sold everything he owned in France, everything they had in California, and put all of it into a food shack the size of a box.
Then @maxkeiser showed up.
