i captured 11,734 landing pages that B2B companies send their ad clicks to. then i rebuilt them all into a free editable swipe file. for context - you can fix every button in your ad account and still lose the buyer on the page they land on. a page in your buyer's own words will do a million times more than any of those buttons. (so please stop sending ad clicks to your homepage) and you don't have to write the new page on a blank screen. while researching for my clients, i put it all in 1 place: • 11,734 captured landing pages you can search by the words on the page • 6 real pages rebuilt and editable in paper, thank-you pages included • the datadog ebook page, form and all • the postman demo page and the page people see after they unlock it • 4 starting-point pages for when you have nothing yet • HTML and JSX downloads your AI agent can rework • the source ad linked to each rebuild, so you can see what sent the click want it? 1. follow me 2. comment "PAGES" PS - copy the layout, then change every word to the ones your customers use.

“Not qualified, they were shopping around vendors” A client actually marked a lead unqualified for this They're literally looking for the service lol They're just shopping around to see if you're good That's qualified Incredible Your job as an agency guys is to dictate narratives

All it takes is 1 cold email to change your life. At 22, David Perell cold emailed renowned economist Tyler Cowen and asked him to come on his podcast. It worked. Tyler is behind Marginal Revolution and hosts his own podcast, Conversations with Tyler. The email shows David actually follows both: • It names 2 of Tyler's episodes David loved • It asks about 3 topics only a real reader of Tyler's would pick Then it makes the yes incredibly easy: • Lists incredible social proof (Neil D Tyson and Seth Godin are big + relevant names) • It offers to travel to Tyler at George Mason to record. I DEFINITELY wouldn’t copy this verbatim for your own outbound motion... But nonetheless, goes on to show you the power of cold email. You miss all the shots you don’t take.

Top closers: • NEVER say the polite thing after showing the pricing packages: "Take your time, look them over." The prospect does exactly that, then ghosts. • Know the prospect compares the price to $0, the cost of doing nothing, until someone hands them a better comparison • Put a $149 monthly fee next to the $3,000 a month the prospect's problem is costing them • Answer a price objection with a new comparison, because defending the price is the lethal mistake • Ask a prospect making $50,000 in profit if $149 really feels like a big investment • Catch it when a prospect says "once I come up with that startup fee" and then objects to a small monthly fee. The fee is a smoke screen for not having the cash yet. • Notice when a prospect never mentions money, because people avoid it when they don't have the funds • Ask "Is this more about the ongoing cost, or that you don't have the capital available?" when a small detail is killing a big deal • Get the prospect to pick one package before anyone talks about next steps • Lead the prospect into the close instead of letting them set the timeline with "I'll call you next week once I've made a decision" • Never stretch 1 call into 2, because follow-up calls close at lower rates than first calls • Choose every word on the call on purpose, because prospects follow whatever they're told to do

i wish more people understood their cold email copy usually isn't the problem. it's the: • emails that stop landing in primary • ZERO visibility into where the sends are going • no alert when a domain cooks • weeks of f*cked up infra before anyone notices many such cases.

Alex Hormozi on lead magnets in cold outreach: according to him, it’s the #1 response rate booster in cold outreach. but a lot of people hear "lead magnet" and send a generic PDF. generic PDFs WILL NOT WORK. free work is what works. it takes real effort from your team, so not a lot of people are willing to do it. that's exactly why the prospect sees it as extremely high value. i personally know people who built entire branches of their agency just to fulfill free work. the full breakdown is in my article below:

You can go viral in less than a week with UGC. How to do it: - start with hooks that have already worked in your niche - have creators talk straight to your ideal customer - keep your first videos between 8 and 30 seconds - post every day so the algorithm has plenty to test - once a video passes 1,000 views, film 5 more just like it - swap the hook and the face, but keep the format that worked 1 video that pops tells you exactly what to film next.

Brands spend $30k/mo on Meta ads but want to 'take it easy' on Google ads Then wonder why their ROAS is so low Google is the machine that captures the audience that searches up your brand It keeps them from exiting your funnel The results compound over time

The 2027 $1/video UGC system: Step 1: Book the creator - hourly creators run around $25-35 an hour (You can get this on platform like HourlyUGC) - book a paid test hour before committing to more - make sure they have a lav mic and a window to face Step 2: Write 1 strong body - the body covers the problem, the product, the proof and the close - keep it around 15-20 seconds - the easiest body is your best performing ad with the hook cut off - no winner yet, build it on a proven format and keep it to 1 problem and 1 result A body that tries to cover every feature gets long and loses people right after the hook. Step 3: Write 20-30 hooks Spread them across a few angles so you're testing real differences: - pain: "My lower back was wrecked every single morning..." - curiosity: "Okay so I wasn't supposed to find this..." - regret: "Things I regret not buying sooner..." - skeptic: "I genuinely didn't think this would do anything..." - callout: "If you spend 12 hours a day on your feet..." Claude can draft these fast from your reviews and best ads, so your job is cutting the ones that sound like ads. Step 4: Send everything before the session - the product - the body script and every hook - a reference video - a 5 second test clip request so you can check light and audio first Step 5: Run the hour - first 5 minutes on light, audio, product and outfit - next 10 minutes on 2-3 clean takes of the body - next 35 minutes on every hook back to back in the same spot - last 10 minutes on B-roll of the product in hand and in use Tell the creator the first take of each hook is a warm up, because the real delivery usually shows up on take 2 or 3. Step 6: Edit with 1 template - 1 capcut template for captions, cuts and music level - the editor attaches each hook to the same body - every file named like creator_format_hook01 Hook 1 + body is video 1, hook 2 + body is video 2, all the way to 30. Step 7: Launch and iterate - launch the batch together so every hook gets a fair test - give each ad a few days before judging it - refilm the winning hooks with new creators - write 10 variations of each winner for the next session - drop the angles that lost from the next batch Cost - $30 for the hour - 30 videos from 1 body - roughly $1 per video in creator cost - editing adds a little on top when batched And if you'd rather pay nothing upfront, put the creator on commission so they earn when the ads perform.

Native image ads are PRINTING for brands right now One image does the whole job of an ad. The hard part is the message. So I built a Claude system that does it for me I'm giving away the whole system: → Claude skill that runs it start to finish → Research prompt that pulls buyers complaints from Reddit → 6 questions that turn a complaint into one clear concept → 13 native formats and when to use each one → Every image prompt behind these ads → Claims guide so Meta doesn't reject them On for ONLY 72 hours Reply "NATIVE" and I'll send it over

Every ecom brand that's printing uses UGC. And it will ALWAYS print. People trust someone who sounds like a friend way more than a brand talking about itself. And UGC is fast to make, so brands can test dozens of new ads every week instead of betting everything on 1 big shoot. Winners come from testing a lot of creative, and UGC is how brands afford to test that much. You don't need a studio or a big budget to start. A phone by a window and someone who actually uses the product is enough to film your first ad. So if your brand isn't running UGC yet, this is the easiest place to start.

All 22 members of our team use Claude Code daily. But it wasn't as simple as just purchasing a sub. The layers beneath Claude Code have to come from the org: • the context, integration and execution layers built once for everyone • a small team of dedicated builders who maintain them That said, here's how I'd set it up if I started over: 1. Map processes Dump every SOP, internal doc and spreadsheet into one place, with notes on who does what. 2. Folder structure Ask Claude to set up the folder structure. My preferred one: Claude .MD, .mcp.json, .claude/, company-wiki/, raw-context/ + archive/. 3. Connect MCPs + CLIs Every tool in the stack gets an MCP, CLI or API connection. Ours include HubSpot + GitHub, Pinecone, Notion, Instantly(.)ai + HeyReach. 4. Codify into wikis Claude digests all of it and writes AI-ready .md files. Goal: GitHub holds the full picture of how every process runs. 5. Create skills Any SOP the process map shows could run end to end becomes a skill. Our go-to skills include /content-ideator, /tam-mapping + /campaign-builder. 6. Data sync Automations keep fresh business data coming in: CRM changes, campaign data, Slack conversations + transcripts. 7. Agentic workflows Skills fire without anyone starting them, through A) the Agents SDK, B) a scheduled job or C) a managed agent. Then roll it out: team access through GitHub or a Claude plugin, internal Claude workshops + improvements submitted as PRs. Bookmark this before you buy another seat.
