Do not be afraid of the rumors or war.
“You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come.”
Matthew 24:6
This is what orthodox Christians believe. The Bible says the Holy Spirit descended.
@OrthodoxEthos you are a teacher of this blasphemous Faith. You better set your people straight.
I don’t know who Samuel is. I’ve only seen a few clips going viral, but this Matt Walsh from Walmart needs to be avoided at all costs.

You intended to harm me, but God intended it all for good. He brought me to this position so I could save the lives of many people. Genesis 50:20

“I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” —Philippians 3:14
Amen.
“Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? As it is written,
"For your sake we are being killed all the day long; we are regarded as sheep to be slaughtered."
No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Romans 8:35-39

OK, I am seeing a few clips appearing on line from the Dyer/Wood exchanges, and I am a bit confused. In one Dyer is wearing some kind of Russian furry hat (an ushanka?) and a t-shirt with some kind of weird image on the front, can't really see it well. In the next, he's wearing a hat like Gilligan wore. Did this guy seriously show up like that to a formal debate? Or was he messing around during it? Next, I am pretty sure I heard him, at one point, say that you can worship an icon of Christ. Thorny problem from the EO's given their abuse of Basil and, if you really took him seriously, you would allow that, but post Nicea II orthodoxy (Theodore the Studite, Nikephoros) said "Nyet" to that idea, though, of course, they had to dance on the head of a pin to make up definitions to figure that one out. Still, Lossky et al are clear in denying the position Dyer enunciated. Of course, as always with this topic, there is wiggle room for "relative worship" and all that kind of stuff.
If you’re not Christly now, you definitely won’t be Christly after you send them all back. Even unbelievers love those who are good to them.
