The notes state her T2 damage bonus drops from +90 to +80, but the old +90 bonus is still in place both in the tool tip and in the damage calculations.
At 7.7 Spirit, a hit dealt 130 damage at T1 and 223 at T2. That increase fits +90 plus the upgrade’s additional Spirit scaling. The game files also still show +90.
