For those of you who may remember our article on $GIGA whale Josh Goltyry, aka Tiger, he was sentenced to 2.5 years in prison and $3.2 million in restitution for his Ponzi scheme hedge fund.

Looks like the judge handed @NotChaseColeman a 30 month prison sentence today for his ponzi scheme and 3.2m in restitution.

In early May, $ENVX hosted an AMA w/ its CEO. My questions (below) weren't answered nor responded to following my repeated emails to the co. So, I'm calling attention to Q #3: What is the packaged energy density of the EX-1M samples? Bulls & bears should both want to know. A 🧵1/
While I have subscribed to the $ENVX YouTube channel, I'm unable to access the chat feature for the Ask Me Anything with CEO @rajtalluri cc: @EnovixBatteries. I have submitted my questions by email, but if anyone else wants to ask them, here they are:

In perusing the CEO of $APLT Shoshanna Shendelman's PhD publications, it seems someone has stumbled upon some potential image manipulations of a western blot (or 2 or 3), as Bik put "ransom note" style.

This post containing Tingos's audited first half of 2020 financials allowed us to track down a non existent 300 million dollar order claimed by Tingo. $TIO

$TIO reported a year over year increase in Nwassa revenue of a perfectly round 100 million dollars, while year over year airtime purchases were within 1% variance of the prior year. Both of these scenarios are in itself exceedingly unlikely.

Tingo President Chris Cleverly just posted pics & video of $TIO's claimed food processing site on LinkedIn, saying it is now "laying foundations".
This comes a month after it said in SEC filings that it had already done so.
Cleverly immediately deleted my response. Here it is.

Media reporting that hours after our $TIO report, company head Dozy Mmobuosi was in Malawi getting a diplomatic passport under dodgy circumstances.
Seems like a man with an exit plan. Where is Dozy?
And how long does it take to confirm cash in a bank?

In the process of our market scrutiny, we've stumbled upon some unmistakable elements concerning $TIO. The issues seem to us so conspicuous that starting an in-depth investigation feels like overkill. But, in the spirit of 'actions speak louder than words,' we've gone ahead and shorted $TIO @PugCap @AIMhonesty @AlderLaneEggs @ShareProphets
Three journos asked me about this company. On the face of it, with a few basic checks with the Nigerian government, it's looking like a 🍩 donut. Associated fraudulent parties will one day be prosecuted. $TIO, where no mgmt will pick up the phone🤣. #TIO simply doesn't exist.
Tingo Mobile doesn't exist.
Lazy fraud $TIO completely made it up.

$SCLX I'm not an attorney but how is this not a fraudulent transfer of assets?
SRNE: Spin off SCLX, fund SCLX with $32M b/s cash, forgive SCLX debt, assume SCLX liabilities, buy SCLX warrants to tie up, pay SCLX share dividend to SRNE shareholders, and then declare ch11 loool
$SRNE just filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy, per an SEC filing just now: sec.gov/ix?doc=/Archives/edg…
This comes despite the company raising hundreds of millions through bogus claims of a Covid cure that never came to market.

Let's talk $CYDY. As an M.D. and a human, I _hope_ their imminent phase 2B/3 trial result for severe covid-19 is a success. However, as an investor, I'm short the stock, because it's trading like it's 1999, with a $4 bil mkt cap, even though its only clinical asset is from 1999.

$APHA primarily exists as an insider-enrichment vehicle. They've blown all most all of their cash doing stupid crap that made insiders and their cronies richer. CA assets are roughly the size of the liability they face for being awful people. Way overpriced. Expect $0-1 in 12 mos
